Is there salvation outside the SDA church?

I have an SDA friend who’s cat had a litter of kittens, he called me up and said you gotta come see these kitty’s, their SDA kittys. About a month went by and I called him back anxiously wanting to see them. He said too late they are no longer SDA. I responded what happened, he said about a week ago they opened their eyes.
I might ask if there is Salvation within not only that church, but many, many others.

A number of years ago some country women had taken their father to hospital because he was dying, and when they were sitting in his hospital room the happened to come across a bible and in that bible they read of the power of Jesus to heal people. Without any other input they Prayed in the power of that Bible and Jesus Christ and their father recovered and lived. The women then sort out help from people of the Book, to explain to them about the Kingdom of God and they stumbled across some SDA people who took them in and began teaching them about the SDA traditions. Not long after they had a dream about being in a tree and the tree was loosing it leaves and they were falling to the ground where they were raked up to be burned. Because of their dream they left the SDA people and looked for a church that was not a tree of dead leaves.
They then found a pastor of a church which became part of the Anglican Communion and he spent many weeks teach them about the things of the Bible, and his journey into a healthy relationship with God. I had the privilege of praying for these women, I prayed that God would continue to draw them into his loving embrace and that their relation with God would grow and be fruitful.
The Pastor over ten years has birthed over ten new churches that he now leads. His church came as an answer to prayer. A simple prayer that a church would form around his bible study group in his home and that it would become known as a house of Prayer.
God intervened on behalf of these woman by giving them a dream to tell them that the SDA church that they had initially found was not where he, God, would have them be.
