I saw a post recently on another forum where a guy was saying the US government can do nothing about moslems using their religion / political ideology to overthrow the US Constitution because they have the right to free speech and Congress cannot ban any religion even if a religion has built in political ideology that it uses to take over governments and make them subservient to islam.
Of course we do have a right to free speech and freedom of religion in the US but there are limits to these rights.
Those rights do not allow using one's free speech and freedom of religion to over throw the US Constitution
In fact, it's very surprising that nobody seems to be pointing out that the socialists trying to come up are openly advocating for the overthrow the US Constitution as they are saying publicly that they want to abolish the office of President, abolish the US Senate, as well as abolish the US Supreme Court.
None of these items can be done without having a Constitutional Convention and they cannot happen until I think it's 36 states vote on it and agree to have a Constitutional Convention so these socialists are in violation of federal law and should be treated as traitors.
Maybe that's what happens to the US is the socialists take control and dismantle the US Constitution similar to how Adolf Hitler did who came to power legally and then changed Germany's government in to socialist tyranny one he got in.
If that happens it seems like Americans would sit idly by and do nothing instead of fighting for our country which would be fighting for the validity of the US Constitution which the socialists are opening saying they will dismantle if they get in to power.
