op: Jesus and Jehovah comparison:
Precious friend, A Very Warm Welcome to the Board.
At 1:15 in video, this verse:

"Then The LORD (Jehovah, The SON) rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah
brimstone and fire from The LORD (Jehovah, The Father) out of heaven"
(Gen_19:24), Correct?

Jesus and Jehovah are the same God. The Old Testament is the incomplete Revelation of Jesus Christ. The New covenant is the fulfillment of the Old in Him, the fullness of the Revelation of God in Christ Jesus. Amen.

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. Colossians 1:15-18

Hi Smile, welcome to the forum sir. All perfect beings are "one" by being sinless. Jesus said he and his Father are one at Jn 10:30. They are both spirit beings, they both reside in heaven, they both will live eternally.

Some differences are that although it is impossible for us to understand at this time, Jehovah had no beginning, whereas Jesus was Jehovah's firstborn son, begotten exclusively from Jehovah as nothing else existed. Jehovah is subjected to no one, but Jesus is subjected to Him. Both Jehovah and Jesus are immortal, but Jesus was given immortality. Jehovah has never been flesh and blood, but Jesus has been.

Those are just some things I could think of sir. Nice meeting you, 7.
