Jesus means, "Saviour, deliverer".Christ means, "Anointed". Christ Jesus means, "Anointed Saviour". Jesus is also called,"Jesus of Nazareth" . Reffering to His Human side. Acts 10: 38, says, "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, For God was with him". Jesus laid aside all his power and glory and became "Ben Adam" the Greek meaning for son of man. When He was baptised in the Holy Ghost, He was Anointed with power. Jesus never did one healing or miracle untill He was baptised with the Holy Ghost. That is why He said we can do the same works. John 14: 12, And v 16 Jesus says, "He will give us another comforter" [The same Holy Ghost that Jesus had], The Greek word for "Another" means, One just like Jesus, We are being conformed to His image, so he is the first among many brethren, Romans 8;29.
