John 3:17
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

As Christians we see things how God sees them. We know good from bad, right from wrong because we have come into the light.

Those who are in the world are still in darkness and as such are blind to their sins and spiritually dead. And we need to be more tolerant of those still in the dark. Pointing fingers and name calling won’t do a thing to help them

Jesus did not condemn anybody. He taught those who would listen. Some accepted his teaching and followed him but many walked away as they do today.

We can tell people that abortion or addictions to drugs, alcohol or porn is wrong but they can’t see it. And until they can they can do nothing about it.

We can point them in the right direction – to Jesus or support groups – but they have to be ready and willing to change.

Good word Pat,
I believe there is such a huge lack of prayer in the Christian community. How did Jesus treat sinners in His time on Earth? No nastiness, sarcasm, CONDEMING, finger pointing, just love and truth is what he had for the lost. The compassion between "Christians" has gone by the way side and we should be ashamed how we speak to one another. I swear, this board is getting way too political for me. We should be lifting one another up instead of tearing one another apart. Such division and, it makes me sad no end. The love of Jesus in Christians has most certainly gone very cold and unloving...pride, I'm right, YOU are wrong...blah blah. I am happy that I have been spending more time on here through in-boxing with those who do not concern themselves with the cares of this world, and WAY too many do just that. THAT is where we lose sight I think. Satan is having a ball with the politicos. Only Jesus can fix us, NO MAN no matter his beliefs can fix the mess in this world...it's like kicking a dead horse. My ONLY passion is, Christ and that should be for all of us. But we MUST have divisions...

1 Corinthians 11:19
"But, of course, there must be divisions among you so that you who have God’s approval will be recognized!"

Are known by our fruits? I would say so as the bible tells us so. We are not known by our "gifts", or our intelligence, or how many scripture verses we have memorized (which I do not believe there is any need to memorize as, The Holy Spirit will bring it to our minds even if we only read a verse one time)
The whole reason for myself joining this forum was to have fellowship! And to learn! And, boy have I learned much. Good and bad. There is more disunity than not anymore. My heart breaks as, I have made, and lost friends on here because I do not agree "their way". We can wrest His word so out of context and become so immersed and cemented in a doctrine that one could become stiff-necked. If you think you are all said and done with the whole Word of God, ya might need a bit of genuine soul searching.
FRUITS :)

He hates sin because of what it does to us. Sin is corruption of Him. Sin is leaving the pathway of life. Missing the mark.

Jesus did not condemn anybody.
This is FALSE INFORMATION. Fake News. While Christ did not come to judge the world but to save sinners, He very definitely condemned those who were spawns of Satan and were committed to doing evil, resisting Him, and resisting the truth.

MATTHEW 23: JESUS CONDEMNS EVILDOERS VERY STRONGLY
13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
16 Woe unto you,
ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
17
Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
18 And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.
19
Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?
20 Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.
21 And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
22 And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
23
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
24
Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26
Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead
men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
33
Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and
some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

Jesus condemned these men to Hell thirteen times in this one passage. So for anyone to suggest that Jesus condemned no one is to be another blind leader of the blind.

Jesus condemned them because they SAID they "see", but they were blind as bats. Not to those who knew they were sinners in need of The Savior.

True, Paul said we are to judge among ourselves not judge the outsiders. God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that through Him the world might be saved.
