2 Peter 3:7

“But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.

what does it mean to be Kept by fire?
what does it mean that The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall?
how does this happen in a modem-day

2 Peter 3:7 in the KJV is not the best translation. The KJV isn't really that accurate, frankly. But, I think it is suggesting that fire has been stored on the earth and will be unleashed on the wicked. Hebrews 12:29
