Jesus is eternal life.

When we become born again.........this means that we are now joined to God by spiritual birth.....having been Born AGAIN Spiritually into God's Spirit, by God's Holy Spirit.
This is "Spiritual UNION" with God and Christ.
This is to exist as Adam existed before he fell into iniquity.... Before he chose it.

Being born again is the end result of being redeemed.
Being REDEEMED, ,... means you have been changed from something , INTO something else.
You have become something "Spiritually" that you were not before and this happened by removing what was keeping you from being redeemed.

So, what was removed from you, so that by this redemption, you are now redeemed?

A.) Your SIN.

Being born again, is the end result of being redeemed from all your sin. And how did God do this for you?
A.) Jesus became your sin on the Cross and DIED for them all.

Jesus is the "one time eternal sacrifice for ALL sin".

Jesus sat down by the Father after He had "purged all your sin".....

A person is a sinner, and trusts in Christ, and Jesus on the Cross becomes your sin BEARER.
The Bible teaches that "God made Jesus to be sin for us, who KNEW NO SIN"....

See that? That is your REDEMPTION........ITs Jesus.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Salvation is something God provides to you as a GIFT.
Its not something that you provide to God.

Salvation is the BLOOD OF JESUS.
Salvation is JESUS, Himself, as He is the Gift of God.
Jesus is your Salvation.
Jesus is your Eternal life.
Do you have Jesus in you?
Then you have God's Salvation, and you are born again.
Are you just water baptized and trying to be like Christ?
Then you need to go to the Cross, kneel, and receive God's Gift of Jesus's sacrifice, by faith.

When you read in the NT that "Salvation is a GIFT"......then we understand that the GIFT is ..

1. The Blood and Death of Jesus
2. Jesus Himself.

And, when we realize that being now saved is not because we are trying to keep it, or do it, or process it, or earn it......
When we understand that Salvation is what God came to earth to provide for us as a '"GIFT"", by dying on THE Cross, and shedding His Blood.....
= When we SEE THIS as what God has provided for FREE, instead of trying to comprehend it as what we are trying to KEEP, earn it, or perform for it... then we have begun to understand,= "the GIFT of Salvation".
When we let go of all our self effort and our self righteousness, and embrace God's Gift of Jesus to us as our SALVATiON... then when we have this mind, we have begun the actual WALK of Faith.
And in this walk, you will find that your sin issue, and your lust issue and your emotional instability issue, and your fear issue, and all your issues, will be found to change into a calm assurance that God is going to work it all out for you.
And He will...but, you have to get the right MIND of faith.....the correct understanding of Salvation as you becoming and always remaining "The Righteousness of GOD.....in Christ".

Hebrews 13:9

So.......lets look at this closely..
We, THE BORN AGAIN..... are 1.) justified by faith and we are 2.) kept justified by faith.
So, that is "been" justified, and "BEING" justified.
That is saved and kept saved.

The BEEN, is.....>"your faith is counted as your righteousness".....
This means that God saw your faith in Christ in your heart, and accepted that faith to give you the eternal blood atonement and then the new Birth.
This is God Himself = providing it ALL for you, as a "GIFT".
You caused NONE OF THAT.
It was APPLIED to you, as God's Grace, which is the mercy of God, undeserved.

How is this accomplished?

1.) God accepts our faith to : "justified by faith". This means He accepts our faith "as Righteousness".
Literally God takes your Sin, and Jesus dies for it all and God takes the Righteousness of Christ and you BECOME THIS, as "the righteousness of God, in Christ".
This happens once, only once. and for ETERNITY. Its the "Divine Exchange".
= Born again.
Being born again PROVES that God has accepted your faith, once and forever.... and has REDEEMED you using the Blood of Jesus.
Its DONE.
Being Born again, is PROOF its completed, which is the : "been".
All your sin is in your past, erased, forgiven, and your future is "in Christ", as "Eternal Life".

2.) Faith then continues to Justify.....However, this is not your faith, as God has already accepted your faith, ONCE, as proven by being born again.

So, the "being Justified"... = .this is Christ's Faith that keeps you justified...or "being Justified"......= "continuing to be".
Its this.....>"Jesus is the Author and FINISHER of our FAITH."

So, see that?
The FINISHER of what? = Christ is the AUTHOR and FINISHER of = Your Faith.
See, you gave God something, ... You gave Him your faith as your confidence in Him that He would SAVE YOU, and God is faithful to do It. He is Faithful to complete your Salvation.
Philippians 1:6
See, your FAITH put your TRUST in God's hands, and He is "faithful to complete" what you have trusted Him to Complete. Philippians 1:6.
This is your Eternal Security. This is Jesus saying...."you shall never perish".

Salvation works like this....... You give God your faith, and God takes if from there and will complete it.
See that? You have to believe this and let it become your mind of Faith.
That's His promise.= God/Jesus will complete both your salvation AND your FAITH.
See, when you took Christ by Faith, God took you by promise.
He promised that "all who call on the Name of Jesus, will/shall be SAVED"
He did not lie.
It will be done, and it IS Accomplished, if you are born again.

"SAVED" means the completion of the REDEMPTION process by GOD.
God completes your Salvation, and Jesus FINISHES your Faith.
See that?

You dont do it.
You dont keep it.
You dont earn it.
God keeps it, because GOD is The Savior, and God's word will come to pass.
Being born again is your proof.

You gave your faith to God, and He accepted this ONCE to Justify you, (born again).... and then Jesus, who is GOD, finishes your faith. "Jesus is the Author and = Finisher of OUR FAITH".
You gave your faith to God the day you are born again, and God and Christ then take it from there, and complete it to the End for you.
That is the "GIFT of Salvation".

Believer.....Salvation is all of God.
He created it with the Blood of Jesus, and then maintains it Himself, for you.
That is the '"GIFT.""
God comes to live in you, as you become "the temple of the Holy Spirit..""
And what is Your part?
Your part is to receive God's GIFT of Salvation.

Saint, salvation is not you holding unto God, as that would be a WORK and not a "GIFT"
Salvation is a GIFT. Salvation is God redeeming you with His own BLOOD , and keeping you as His own eternal family.
You do none of this......none of it.
Your part is to RECEIVE the "GIFT" and Rejoice in the Amazing Grace of God.
Salvation is God holding unto YOU< by the Blood of Jesus, and the Cross of Christ.... and THAT is your Eternal Life.
The Blood Atonement is your Salvation.
JESUS is the Blood Atonement... = That's God's GIFT....."The Gift of Salvation".

Those who are born again are still subject to sin. They must remain faithful until death, or Jesus' return to receive their reward.

The reason you will go to heaven, is IF God has saved you.
This is not something you earn by deeds or keep as long as you keep holding onto faith.
Faith is not the Savior, Robert.
GOD is the Savior.
Jesus will finish your faith, and God will complete your salvation.

Hebrews 12:2
Philippians 1:6

At some point, Robert, you need to leave your cult and join God's Grace and be born again.
Its not too late.

God did not create the earth simply for nothing Be, He formed it to be inhabited Isa 45:18. You have prayed for the Kingdom to come many times in your life, where did you have in mind for this Kingdom to come to? No doubt you have read many times Jesus' words that the meek would inherit the earth, and of course you have likely read Rev 21:3,4 that undoubtedly reveals these things will occur on earth, as there has never been death in heaven.

It is very true, some are going to heaven, the Bible reveals that 144,000 will be redeemed from the earth Rev 14:3, and of course the Bible reveals why they have been selected as well. They are to rule as kings and priests alongside Jesus the King over the earth Rev 5:9,10. That is it in the nutshell, I hope you will meditate on it as it makes perfect sense.

Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

Drinking and eating the spiritual blood and flesh of Jesus, that gives life to the soul, is obedience.

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Robert, the Old Testament, says you can't drink blood or eat human flesh.

So, you're caught again posting what you dont understand as you continue to try to create the illusion that you are a real student of the word of God.
You are typical of the person who paste's from websites, nice little colored verses.
I bet you have more cult commentaries then you have bones in your skeleton.

So, Robert, let me help you...

Listen,

If you can't drink human blood and you can't eat human flesh, yet Jesus says to eat His and drink His to have eternal life, and He is not talking about the COMMUNION..... then why didn't the Lord cut off a piece of his body and slash a wrist and drain into the cup for a drink and pass it around the room, during that Last Supper?

Why dont you know that answer, Robert, is a problem for pretenders like you.
But the bigger issue is when members just post away, anything they think next, using verses they can't teach, and dont understand.
And here you are again.

So, how do you drink the blood of Jesus and eat His flesh, when Jesus is speaking both literally yet symbolically ?

A.) By faith.

BY FAITH.

Its when you BELIEVE and the seed of the word goes in you, by the hearing of Faith, you are eating and drinking the Lord.
And doing that, causes Jesus to live in you, and HE is Eternal LIFE.

That is how you EAT and DRINK : Jesus.....so that you have eternal life.

Its not about taking the communion.

Final answer.
That is very true, all born again Christians do go to heaven. Did you grasp the point why they go there Be?

Lsalvation is not just faith only.

Salvation is not "faith" at all.

Faith is not the Savior.
Did faith die on the Cross for you?

So, as you see, JESUS is : Salvation. not "faith".

All faith does is create the means for God to give you SALVATiON.
FAITH is nothing more then the requirement MET.....so that GOD can then GIVE YOU HIS SALVATiON.

How do you know you have it?

A.) Born again.

Christ died on the cross for every man, (Heb 2:9) yet every man will not be saved for every man will not believe/have faith.

Yet Christ saves those who have faith thereby making faith necessary to being saved, therefore it is in that sense the Bible teaches faith/believing saves (Rom 5:1; Eph 2:8; Jn 3:16).

Therefore salvation is not possible apart from faith and faith is dead apart from works as flesh is dead apart from the blood.

Faith is required as God's requirement to SAVE YOU.
Yet, FAITH is not the Savior., its just the requirement that God requires you to give Him ... ONE TIME........and God takes that faith, and "faith is counted as Righteousness, and you are justified by Faith....

Proof?

"Born again".

Since faith is a requirement in being saved, it can be said then that faith saves. Rom 5:1 says justified by faith, it does not say justified by Christ.
Christ justifies, but He justifies only those who have faith so in that sense it can be said faith saves/justifies.
And the faith that saves/justifies is a lving faith with works for faith without works is dead for works give life to faith as blood gives life to the flesh.

Lev 17:10 For the life of the flesh is in the blood:

Take away the blood, flesh is dead

James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Take away works, faith is dead.

Since faith is a requirement in being saved, it can be said then that faith saves.

You can say it, but it wouldn't be true....

Jesus's Blood and Death, is the Savior.
Jesus is the : Savior.
Faith...IN = the SAVIOR.... is required to be given to God so that God then takes the blood and death that is "the Gift of Salvation", and applies it to you as your redemption of/from your sin.

For God has made Jesus to be YOUR SIN, so that by this sin offering, you can become the righteousness of God, in Christ'

God saves THROUGH Faith........but Faith is not the Savior.
God is the Savior, and Jesus is the Salvation.

The Bible says faith saves, (Eph 2:8; Rom 5:1; etc) therefore I do not have to say it when the Bible already says it.

My point from the Bible has been:

Lev 17:10 For the life of the flesh is in the blood:

Take away the blood, flesh is dead

James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Take away works, faith is dead.

As life is not just flesh only, salvation is not just faith only.

This Bible point has never been refuted by Luther, Calvin or anyone.

The Bible says faith saves,

God saves, not faith.

Let me show you.

Put Jesus back in Heaven.
No Cross yet.

Try some faith and see what you get, Mr Bass.

Salvation is not what you do,
And FAITH is something You do.

Salvation is JESUS, ...Its the Cross of Christ.

Keep in mind however none of us who are alive have been "saved" yet. We must continue to do the will of God either until we die, or Jesus returns. Mat 24:13

That is how you EAT and DRINK : Jesus.....so that you have eternal life.

Its not about taking the communion.
There's nothing to say to the natural man about spiritual things.

That's why many turned back from following the Lord, when they actually believed He was talking about His mortal flesh and blood.

The commandment not to drink the blood of man nor animals, should have clued you people in, that the Lord Himself therefore could not possibly be speaking of His mortal body, nor do them that understand the spiritual things of Scripture:

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

And as a dead faith alone, you say eating and drinking is as passive as ground receiving seed and rain, so that hearers only are also eating and drinking of Christ Himself.

Eating the bread of life and drinking of His blood is an active obedience to the faith of Jesus.

Passive lukewarm Christianity is for hearers only, whose faith is dead, being alone.

You preach an unobedient lukewarm gospel.

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
