While there is disturbing imagery in this documentary (some that I believe was unnecessary to show), this video was a real eye opener. I used to collect Marvel and DC Comics when I was a kid. I was big time into them growing up. So when the movies came out, it was like a really big deal for me. In 2016, I gave up watching big budget worldly fantasy films or worldly films that are not family friendly or Christian. I could see the sinful agenda that Marvel movies were pushing and things were getting darker in the films whereby I said “enough” (Whereby I just wanted to truly follow Christ alone instead). This documentary really just made me go… “Wow.” I had no idea how dark the agenda is behind Marvel and DC comics. I knew things were bad in that they pushed certain sinful things, but the fact that this documentary exposes even a darker side I did not know about involving both the comics and the movies was outside my scope of understanding. If you watch Marvel and or DC films or read the comics, and you are Christian, I highly recommend you watch this documentary. It may just change you if you are a lover more of God than the things of this world.

The real eye opener was the host and creator of the documentary exposing the dark agenda in the Iron Man Comics, and movies. It was all there but hidden from the average viewer.

Check it out.

I used to be into DC and Marvel. I learned astonishing things pertaining to this matter.

God says not to worship other gods. That's exactly what these superhero characters are.

Your welcome.

Just to let you know. This documentary is not what convinced me to give up these kinds of movies. In 2016, I noticed things were getting darker in the Marvel Comics movies and TV series. They pushed fornication and other immorality in the Jessica Jones and Luke Cage series on Netflix. They decided to employ Doctor Strange (witchcraft) from the comics. They pushed sex, profanity, and gratuitous blood (unnecessary violence) in the Dead Pool movies. They decided to push excessive unnecessary violence in the Logan movie (2017). I late learned from others that Avengers Endgame actually insults Jesus.

The documentary does mention the Christian things mentioned in Spider-man. But the creator and host of the documentary goes more into explaining things about Spider-man that are not good. For me: Spider-man and many of the Marvel comics were a good part of my life. But as Paul says:

“Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,” (Philippians 3:8).

Can we just look at them as movies of fiction, which is what they are? I hear now they are saying Thor is gay?

Something fictional can push sin (Which is something we consider as real). Movies are an escape of which a person takes a journey into that world or story that they consider as real for a moment to enjoy it. Nobody keeps saying to themselves, This is not real, this is not real, this is not realwhen they watch a movie. Generally most indulge in these movies as an escape (as if they are in that universe or story), but they don’t realize that the sins within them can have affect or influence them. Profanity (sometimes the cursing of our Lord), scantily clad women, or clothes that look painted on, fornication (sexual immorality), witchcraft, violence to solve your problems, and subtle satanic messages can influence a person’s mind. It’s conditioning. That’s exactly what these movies set out to do. They set out to condition you to their way of thinking.

For example: Cartoon porn. Would you watch it because it is entirely fictional? I sure hope not. Why? Because it is promoting a particular sin (sexual immorality) in a massive way that can influence your mind and thinking to sin. You can just say it is fictional, but why watch anything that pushes various sins upon you? Granted, if a person does not abide in Jesus Christ, then these types of sinful things probably will not bother a person. They can just watch these things and not have a problem with them. It’s because they are still the old man steeped in sin. But if a person abides in Christ, the Lord will talk to their heart about how filling your mind with various sins is wrong. The Spirit will convict you to put these things away out of your life.

This is a corruption in a Modern Bible. Why? Well, just think. The whole Bible is made up of many words. So such a statement would disqualify one reading the Bible or any lengthy writing of any kind (Which is just dumb). The trusted King James Bible that existed for hundreds of years (before the corrupted Modern Bibles) says:

Ecclesiastes 6:11 KJB
“Seeing there be many things that increase vanity, what is man the better?”

Ecclesiastes 6:11 NKJV
“Since there are many things that increase vanity, How is man the better?”

Side Note:

Granted, I do use Modern Bibles to help update the archaic words in the King James Bible, but Modern Bibles should never be our final word of authority. The verse you quoted from a Modern Bible simply proves my point that it is clearly a corruption.

I prefer the simple approach..:)
Jesus said:-"You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life." (John 5:39/40)
Paul said - "I'm worried lest you be led astray from the simplicity of Christ" (2 Corinthians 11:3)
"The law of God makes the simple wise" (Psalm 19:7)
"The law of God protects the simple-hearted" (Psalm 116:6)
Jesus said:- "I thank you Father for hiding these things from the wise and learned, and for revealing them to little children" (Matthew 11:25-27)

Furthermore, if ordinary people are told they have to read and study the whole bible in order to be saved, they might be discouraged and not bother to start which I'm sure makes satan chuckle with delight.

Glad you can see that. When I have mentioned this point with other believers, they simply were unable to see what I was talking about. We regard certain things as real when we watch fictional things, and its a fact that Marvel and DC movies promote or push various sins. I used to think that they were minor and there was a greater good to the story so that I could justify my watching them, but we cannot say that subtle sins here and there are not affecting us. I would encourage believers to watch Christian movies instead.
