Miracle during the snow storm

Hi,

A testimony- I was facing an extremely bad situation yesterday. There was a blizzard outside and I was stranded in my apartment, couldn't leave. While this was happening I was DEATHLY ill, so ill I might have had to go to the hospital, but there was a foot of snow on the roads and if heaven forbid I was ill enough to go to the ER I could not do it, I could not drive to the hospital and the ambulance could not come and get me. I was extremely ill and could not get help for perhaps several days. I was able to call the Billy Graham prayer hotline to get prayer and there was someone there despite the storm, I got prayer and God touched me and the sickness left, I had strength to face the situation I was in! The storm is now over and it looks like I will be able to get out of here by maybe tomorrow, I am feeling much better now and it is a relief not to be stranded here anymore!

You assume the ambulance could not make it, but if you call 911 EMS will find a way to get to you.

If that were true you wouldn't enter prayer threads. You'd simply pray in private for what is posted in the OP.

Criticism isn't practicality.

Calling 911 would suffice. Those at 911 know they would do everything possible to get to an emergency situation. All we need to do is call. If we're concerned ,they will assure us on the call they will fo everything possible.

Prayer threads are another matter, this is a testimony. If I can think of a practical concern in prayer threads I will also voice them. But it is more often that they need prayer because man is powerless to help.

Posting a long winded prayer is not something I would do. I believe it is sufficient to inform someone they are being prayed for, so they are encouraged and don't assume they are being ignored.
