I have received confirmation from God that there is a method that is classified apparently to create "sub audible" levels of communication with subjects. Satan has a the ability thru the serpent to communicate spiritually. There are also other methods of torture and harassment that are technologically advanced, including electro-magnetic radiation weapons. I am now testifying of that information provided by God. He is here and ready to deliver his children from the treachery of evil. I was also directed to learn that not only the United States has that ability and implementation, but also Russia and Oriental countries. I certainly hope they are exposed for the evil they have engaged in. I will not get into the technologies used for exploitation of victims by organizations which are probably used to cover up and hide perpetrators and criminals.
While I cannot find the original video of the female victims testimony, I do remember that a doctor from a university was given a 10 year study term from the government to study mind control on the victim.
