I play multiple long play insomnia vids from yt.
I have always had chronic insomnia.

Rain w loud thunder
Crackling fireplace,
Chimes in heavy wind
Industrial fans.



I don't sleep but will be ready for some good rest when I leave these mortal coils.

I only recently found the above type of videos. Started with the rain ones as I love the sound of rain. When I was a child, we had such wonderful thunder and rain in Pennsylvania. A simple joy which I miss a lot.

When we spent our holidays in our little caravan the rain on the roof was vary relaxing unless it was really heavy. But I've tried these sleep videos and don't find them conducive to relaxation as they sound unnatural or the rhythm is all wrong. I prefer quiet piano music.

Love the visual. I never can sleep on a train....I'm too busy looking for dead bodies just off the tracks...Koo Koo, Koo Koo.
