I remember the time when it was revival time and men, women, young, and old would come prayed up and expecting a mighty move of God! We would come in at 7pm and leave out at 12am! Praise, worship, salvation, deliverance, prophecy, testimony, healing, fire, witnesssing, and fire baptism would fill the whole week! You would come in all sharp dressed and leave out looking a mess! The revivalist/ evangelist would preach a firey sermon of repentance, deliverance, baptism with the Holy Ghost, salvation, and holiness. The church mothers would get to swaying and dancing in the Spirit and speaking in tongues. The Deacons get caught up into a dance in the Spirit. The congregation would be on fire! People being slain in the Holy Ghost, people dancing in the Holy Spirit, folks saved & delivered, people tarrying for the Holy Ghost, alcoholics and drug addicts would come in a be delivered from their addictions, prositutes would be changed, people speaking in tongues, choir singing, people healed, and people leaving the church drunk in the Holy Spirit! It was just a good time of worship, fellowship, salvation, renewal, healing, and revival!
