Ehp. 1:4
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

A time would come when he would take the already created people and bring them to see their need of having to do something to change their miserable lives. They had done the same things that Lucifer had done, after 4000 years of God trying to change them from things that had displeased Him sent His Son to the earth to help them. The earthly people rejected his Son and God knew that to get humanity to a point where they were "like Jesus" was not going to be possible.
A couple more reasons; if studied as written, the word (the epistles) holds the mystery of God which is "Christ in you the hope of glory."
If not for our wonderful Apostle we would have never known; Christ is the life of every born again believer, Gal. 2:20.

1) it was at this point that God knew humans would never live and be like His Son Jesus. His alternative at this point was that supreme act of God. He would have to take the already created humans and rebirth them himself. At the moment of greatest need in their life, when they could not save themselves, he would place his own seed in them and create a new life for them, not a life just like Jesus, but as Jesus.

2) these new creation people would have no earthly link, they would have no earthly father anymore. They would be those who would live in His house and love and serve Him faithfully because they were His bonafide offspring. These people are special to God and have a special gospel dealing with their life on earth. This is the final gospel, a gospel that is recorded in the Bible only by the apostle Paul.
The little words "before the foundation of the world" have to be investigated by the believer to understand who they are.
We are a "before the foundations of the world" people, not an "after the world was created" people.
Close attention must be given to these and many other scriptures like these that allow the mind of Christ to flow automatically in the believer by God's messenger to the born again, Eph 3:1-5

1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

@soul man the "final gospel" has been there since the beginning of time, i.e. since the time of the creation of Adam and Eve. It is not "brand New" as something that CAN now be grasped because Paul wrote about this "brand new final Gospel" it in his epistles, as you are suggesting.

God, has refreshed the process by which we can now obtain salvation, and that occurred around 2,000 years ago when Christ Died on the Cross for the Sins of the People of this World.

The renewing of our minds and our relationship with God has not changed, we still need to work at it and press into God to receive the prize.

If we do the things that are an expression of God's heart for the people around us, then God's promise is that He will heal us, i.e. redeem us (Isaiah 58 w.r.t. Israel), and that we will become like a perfumed garden that people want to be around and with and in. We will become like springs of living water, prepared to die to self, and the desires of self.

We will not become "deceitful" in God's eyes, a people who call Jesus "Lord, Lord!" but in our hearts want the easy way into salvation and expect God to do it all for us as if God owes us that, because we have said, "Yes, we want to be your disciples, but you have to do it all for us because you owe us that, to make us Godly people." But the reality is that, when we expect that God will do all of the hard yards, our hearts will still long for the past pleasures, and indulge in them, and we will not become a renewed/refreshed creation that is God focused, and sold out completely for God, even unto the point of being physically killed for our faith and belief in God and His Son, Jesus. That really is the test that sets us, who are in Christ, apart, from those who have a desire to be God Like but who will not accept the responsibility of working to bring that desire into reality by personally owning that relationship reality.

Shalom
