I have a friend who left Baltimore 20 years ago because of all the shooting and violence.
He has lost several family to being shot including a son. And just last month his niece was shot dead in Baltimore, in her driveway during a drive by shooting.
He comes from a life experience I have no knowledge of. He is retired army vet.
