What we call a human nature in humanity is really a sin nature - Satan nature,' but our scientists go about handling an individual based on the human being having a human nature. And of coarse when you point that out to science they teem to buck and have their argument for what they believe makes up a human being. Remember the old adage of 'starting right to finish right.' Well that plays out so true because science has never figured out a human being and never will because understanding a human being takes the scriptures and the apostle Paul to explain by the Spirit what it is that makes up a human being.
Interesting to see Paul give to science - if they want; an answer for why humanity does what they do - good or bad. Seems science is really not to interested in finding out because first; that would debunk theory on human beings and second; it would get in they're pockets. Giving people answers and fixing them is not the way to make money. Once a person is fixed you never see them again - leading people on is the way to make money. Never an answer - they're answer is; see you next week for another session. If you have ever had to deal with them just like any other doctor of science they feel they may have one up on the rest of humanity. Oh that nature is a devil - pun intended. The sin nature is quite comical some times!
Not to make light of a science that can help people to a certain extent and we need that as well. Scripture calls it 'the ministry of helps', God uses everything in creation to keep creation going and give people relief at times. It is like a government it's there to keep the ball rolling if you will, as good or as bad as it gets it's there for that reason. But as you know there is no relief outside of Christ'. The relief is found only in Christ' and we preach thus as a body.
Have you ever had hell on this earth, so to say, with what was happening in your life. I have been through three hells personally - when you talk about a believer going through hell on earth it is not a pleasurable part of life but it does exsist - this life on earth can be a living hell. But why? That is what I want to say a word on - and maybe for those that can relate or maybe going through 'it' right now.
What we live through is what gets our attention. That does not do that justice because it is so much more but no words sometimes. So why is it the Lord would allow his own children to suffer and go through hell in this world? Transformation - he already has a cross and what he does now is bring transformation - being transformed from one to the other, metamorphosis like the 'caterpillar to a magnificent butterfly.' It is the schoolhouse of our Father that has a certain class in it we will call the 'suffering class'. But in the suffering class for those that go on and finish the coarse the scriptures say:
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. - Romans 8:18.
I'm working on a message for our little group this weekend called the suffering of God. There is something to sufferings that we do not understand - but scripture begs to differ and it fits the plan and work of God. If you remember how we have talked about the word 'Glory' and how most of the time it is in scripture it means "the plan and purpose of God." Knowing the plan and purpose of God is the 'Glory' revealed in you. So I'm putting something together or trying to because it is God's way of acknowledging humanity and all creation in scripture.
They suffer and He knows it. But the suffering at this present time is not worthy to be compared to what you will know, what is revealed in you - Glory! Trust your Father he has you right where you need to be. My one friend told me 'you just don't know black depression or suffering', oh but that is where you are wrong - we all know. I had to differ with her because I do know and it is all in the plan of God to reveal the plan of God to his children. He wants us to know what he has done in creating all things and he wants us to know why he created all things and how He works through all creation for his 'Glory!
Christ in the human is the answer for hurting suffering humanity - they just need to know it. The unbeliever as well as the believer - they need to know. How shall they know unless you tell them. The gospel is a fixed in you lifestyle - you do not have to work up to a lifestyle, it is what and how you live daily - spontaneous. Just be you 'in him', be yourself no need to act out a life of some kind - you have a life now just live that life - which is 'Christ in you the hope of glory!
Ok one more thing; you must look at Ephesians chapter 1. The whole chapter - read it and when you do look how many times the word 'Glory' is used. And where it is used keep in mind he is describing his plan and purpose for all things. I hope that helps you see - what you go through, even hell on earth is our Father revealing to you what he wants you to know. 'Glory' to God for he hath done all things' and purposed it in his time. Hallelujah!
