Please pray for my neighbor

Neighbors been causing problems and it's pretty serious. Please pray for him to have a change of heart. Thanks.

This is the neighbor that was banging around at all hours and waking up the neighbors new born and what not. It sounded like he was close to knocking a gas line out and risking an explosion in his apartment, which would have killed me perhaps. The owner asked me if he was making noise and I talked to him about it. Someone apparently complained. I haven't heard him banging around too much recently. I think he might have quit smoking marijiuana as I haven't smelled it from him recently. So I told him about how the neighbors were starting to complain about him making noise, his reply was "call the police".

Now he has three broken down cars in the driveway and has had a friend over to work on them. There are only a couple places left to park. And I have my spot. They pull all this equipment out and strew it all over the driveway so that no one can get in or out of the driveway. The other neighbor talked to him and he said a few more days of doing it. But looking at the cars it looks like they are un-repairable in the first place. Like he's tweaking on meth or something. I believe it is illegal to work on your car in an apartment complex here in the first place. I talked to the other annoyed neighbor and he said he's not yet going to tell the owner about it yet. He thinks he's doing it on purpose. Apparently he's been out there grinding on his car at 1-2am and keep him awake.

He was parking so close to my car that I couldn't walk between them. Recklessly close. And one time he muscled me out of my spot with his car. I was pretty annoyed. I just want some common courtesy. I talked to him and told him to give me more room. The neighbor talked to him and told him to park on the other side of the parking area. He has since changed spots. My other neighbor had talked to him about parking it on the other side because he does have 4 cars in the parking area now and he has visitors that need to have parking.

Really rotten behavior. He doesn't appear to care about the other tenants at all.

I felt I think from the Lord to give it a couple days. But I'm really uncomfortable having him block the spots and such. What if I need to make an emergency trip to the urgent care, which happens every so often.

Any ideas on what to pray for about him? Thanks, just venting with a little uneasiness I think.

That's unacceptable behavior. Pray that God soften his heart and to draw him to Christ. These days, I understand that so many do not want to "rock the boat" for fear of retaliation. But, this is intruding on all of your and your neighbors lives, and rights.
I just said a prayer for him and you who are so very inconvenienced.

That's unacceptable behavior. Pray that God soften his heart and to draw him to Christ. These days, I understand that so many do not want to "rock the boat" for fear of retaliation. But, this is intruding on all of your and your neighbors lives, and rights.
I just said a prayer for him and you who are so very inconvenienced.

I talked to the neigbor and he said he will call the police if the other neighbor blocks the driveway again. I told him I will back him up.

You e got one of those too?
I'm going to get with the county maps folk after the holiday and see what my property lines look like on paper.

Then I'm going to get with the new land owner 2hose suffering illegal dumping by that same neighbor who thinks to just keep going. Now he's left large household appliances and a workout machine on what he thinks is not my property.

But he's thinking he's still dumping on the land of the new owner next door. A lot he's been dumping on for years! But now the new owner is building there and this dumper is still dumping.

He claims to be a Christian.

Back in 2008, I had so much trouble with my neighbors that I finally had to move. Oddly enough, my father had to do the same thing with us in '77. I sympathize greatly. : :)
