The woman being assaulted by the cop has a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. She is outside by herself, not putting anyone at risk... This isn't about a virus or a mask it's about control and taking away our freedoms.
On a side note this is a classic example why women don't belong in a policing or security role that may require them to use force. Watch how the female cop just stands there and does nothing to help her partner, forcing him to do it all on his own. And off course she gets equal pay, right...
