Please pray for God's direction for my wife moving in with me. My wife is on SSI ( a financial assistance program for disabled persons in the US) and Medicaid (a government run medical assistance program) and will lose coverage for both and will instead be picked up on my employer based health insurance program. I will also become her full financial support. Linda was sexually abused by her father and has had many traumatic situations throughout her life. I am concerned that my financial obligations for her including medical, will block my retirement, as she is 9 years younger then me. My income after retirement would shrink considerably and I may not be able to afford her medical insurance and receive enough to support her and myself. This could considerably delay my retirement. A few months ago the apartment beneath her was broken into and she was afraid to sleep alone after this and following a brief psychiatric hospitalization she came to live with me. Despite attempts she has been unable to return to her apartment. Around this time my mother suddenly passed away. Since my wife has a deep seated fear of death this further traumatized her. In addition there is considerable pressure at my job which has led to conflict with my supervisor. There is also a 50 million dollar lawsuit against my employer and myself personally. All of this has put a pall over Christmas celebrations and I had to cancel Christmas dinner with my brother's family, sending out cards, etc, due to a lack of time. The situation is actually a good deal more complicated then this. There is a demonic aspect to all of this, which has been partly explained in an earlier post on this page. I am requesting prayer as I know I am under assault from the enemy.
