I feel like my loved ones are against me. I feel their toxicity and i cant stop getting angry at them. I avoid them. What must i do, to keep myself from thinking about the negativity that surrounds me. So much ungodly things are happening around people that are close to me. I am deeply affected by it .what must i do to never think about it again. I want to be my positive usual self. My relationships with people are unstable. Im withdrawn and isolated often. I need to keep a routine to keep myself feeling that way. I only have 6 hours a day cause i go to university, classes finish at 6 and I go to bed at 11 to wake up early. If someone could give me an example of routine within that time that includes church and prayer to calm myself and get rid of negativity. Greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Somewhere else
Jesus was surrounded by negativity and toxic people, who wanted to take His very life. He stayed close to the Lord. Likewise, when this life brings us down, and those around us make life difficult, stay focused on Jesus, for He will rescue you. He is our refuge, always. He will help us to handle difficult people, with His grace. Hope things get better for you.

You can't control others, but you can control your own anger.. It can be difficult, but learn to express your anger and dissatisfaction, but then let whatever upsets you go.. Dwelling on negativity will bring you down, making other peoples problems your own will disrupt your life, but the trick is in knowing when "not to care". If you can't get away from the discouraging people around you, just throw a few tables over like Jesus did in the Temple, and then find an exit :). Hopefully when your through with the university, your situation will change and you can surround yourself with people who have a more uplifting mind-set.

the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference

My sister once read a book about "poisonous people" and she told me a little about it. I had some of these poisonous people in my life. I have chosen to stay away from them and keep them out of my life. Without them I no longer feel the knots in my head feeling and their disruption. Another friend told me to sing when I get anxious. I do this too and it helps. Especially while lying in my bed before I fall o sleep, I'll sing songs I've sung at church. I hope this helps you, both have helped me.

Saying the Serenity Prayer slowly and really thinking about each word works wonders. Try it.

We have to be compassionate, kind, and forgiving if we want to be truly happy in this life. Our goal in life is to be more Christlike and these three characteristics are vital in doing this. We must also do this to teach our children and youth how to obtain these attributes. it is our responsibility as well as the churches. We can help our churches through fundraisers and programs like cell Phones 4 Churches. This will give them the ability to get the resources needed to help in this education process. It is definitely not the responsibility of the public schools and we must recognize that fact. We must be examples of living what Jesus taught us. Love everyone you come across in life and treat others the way you want to be treated.
