And this is the mystery of Life.
The spirit that
proceedeth from the Father is Life-giving. It's what was breathed into the first man making him alive.
In a physical sense? The physical is but a likeness, or image, or representation of the truth which is spiritual in nature. In a physical sense, a Father gives life through his seed, planted in the womb where new life is formed and made into a likeness of it's source. The seed proceedeth forth from a Father and a child is born. In the physical sense of course this womb is within the womban and it is only the union of him and her that in joining together this life-giving process takes place. In the spiritual sense the Father who is spirit, has seed which proceedeth from Him in spirit and it is in spirit that the union takes place and the life that springs from this spiritual union is also a spiritual son. Spirit gives life to spirit, flesh gives life to flesh and the two are not the same, but by examining one, we can get a sense of the other.
The flesh-- the physical-- a physical Father and Mother unite physically and a physical child is produced. (son of man)
The spirit-- the spiritual-- the spiritual Father and Mother unite spiritually and a spiritual child is produced. (son of God)
