I learned the hard way to watch out for vitamin D levels and calcium daily. I quit taking a one a day and stopped drinking whole milk and had a blood test done thru my specialist for my CF disease and found out I was deficient for vitamin D and my calcium was low. I immediate was put on a super D vitamin from the specialist for two weeks. After that I resumed my one a days and also started drinking whole milk (with vitamin D) again. My body feels like it needs the milk and it's good for me.
Now my levels are good. But after they had found out that they were bad they ordered a bone density test. If your vitamin D and calcium get low it can affect your bone density which would be terrible. Mine seems OK now but I don't want the risk of extended low levels of calcium and vitamin D. That could be bad.
Just some info for everyone. Cheers!
