and there are many they cannot answer

Philip preached Jesus! How does the eunuch know about baptism???????????????????????

explain acts 8 then

35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.

36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.

39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

why the same doctrine? Faith and baptism
Why rejoice? Faith and baptism make him a Christian
Member of Christ in the new covenant
1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Galatians 3:27
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

It was historically a common practice in a number of religions. The Jews practiced water baptism before that time as well. The Ethiopian had just come from Jerusalem, there is no reason to think he was ignorant about their practice.

Much love!

Where is your evidence for that? Bathing was part of the ritual cleansing. Surely people assumed john's baptism was for the same purpose. Paul even had to clarify later what water baptism really is, demonstrating a common missunderstanding existed already.

Yes for example:
Salvation is by faith!
Explain
Romans 13:11
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

I’ll wait;

Scripture always interprets Scripture.

Salvation itself means rescue, and so you have to determine by context what that salvation is referring to. The same word is used meaning to save you from sin and death, and to save you from the soldier's sword. There is the salvation of our souls from sin, and the salvation of the final redemption of our bodies.

1 Peter 1:3-5 KJV
3) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4) To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5) Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Romans 8:22-25 KJV
22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24) For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25) But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

they never called it baptism
Purification maybe but it’s apples and oranges
Jn 2:6 refers to waters of purification
Baptidzo is simple a word that means to immerse. We could even say, dunk.

It was the same thing.

That's why the Pharisees were so offended at the idea that they needed to be baptized. Immersed into the water. That's what the pagans did to become Jews. To suggest that the Pharisees were no better than pagan, they didn't take too well to that.

that’s true! Wow! 1st time for everything! give that man a cupie doll!
Now who are the low priests?
Can you link that question to a Scripture? I can't think of a passage that speaks of "low priests". There are passages I suspect you have in mind, but would you ask about a particular one, or ones?

Much love!
