Yes, heaven is perfect, God is there. No, there will be no sin in heaven.Heaven is where God is, so, yes it exists now.

1.Yes, but G-d's perfection; your human perception of perfection may differ to His2.Possibly, after all, ha'satan and some of the angels did; but you may not want to3.The "heaven" you refer to, G-d's kingdom, is not upon us yet. Scripture teaches quite clearly that the Messiah returns to establish the Kingdom of G-d on earth, and that those in the first resurrection will serve as judges (Revelation 20:4) and priests (verse 6) and will "reign on the earth" (Revelation 5:10). We will not go away to a "heaven" in the clouds to live passively and idly. Yeshua will return to a world that has largely destroyed itself by living in opposition to the commands of its Creator. He will teach people to obey G-d's laws. He will begin a massive reeducation process to help people unlearn their old ways of doing things and for the first time learn to do things G-d's way.The New Yerushalayim will be established upon the old, and G-d's kingdom will be ruled from Zion: "Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of ADONAI's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say, 'Come and let us go up to the mountain of ADONAI, to the house of the G-d of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.' Out of Zion shall go forth The Law, and the word of ADONAI from Yerushalayim. (Isaiah 2:2-4).

Sin did happen in what we call heaven..which is wherever God is....many years ago HaSatan sinned..He not only sinned.... he wanted to replace God and convinced 1/3 of the host to follow him instead of God.. He became the "instead of god" or the antichrist at that time. God created this realm we now live in as a result of that rebellion. We are the host living in flesh making our choice for God or the "instead of god". After this age will be the millienium : a time when all will be able to learn the truth without the interference of the "instead of god " as God will have him chained with his minnions so they cannot interfere or lie to the hosts, but at the end of that age the "instead of god" will be released for a short time to try all who have learned the truth. After those hosts make have been tested, then God will have the GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT. Its the final judgment and the separation of the sheep from the goats. God will destroy all the goats and their leader the "instead of god" and all that will be left will join God in Heaven where there will be no sin, for we have free will and chose to follow God freely. The Book, The Bible, the Word of God has all this in its pages, I suggest you learn all about this from HIS book rather than trusting a bunch of people you don't really know to answer these questions you have. AS these are very important questions that may determain your eternity. It will take time and effort, but all good things do. And your afterlife will depend on it.

Revelation 21-22 is clear insofaras "Heaven" is still here on earth, even after the final judgement. "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, Yochanan, saw the holy city, New Yerushalayim, coming down out of heaven from G-d, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." This description of is that of a family community grown large enough to inhabit a city "fifteen hundred miles" square and equally as high (verse 16). This community is described as a bride, "the Lamb’s wife" (verse 9), who will be subject in everything to Messiah as her husband (Ephesians 5:24).This wonderful city - not a separate heaven - will be the home of G-d's family. He "will dwell with them, and they shall be His people" (Revelation 21:3). The peace, harmony and contentment in the family community of the saved will be so great that "there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away" (verse 4). All who previously chose to reject the way of life that produces love, peace and cooperation will have already perished "in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death" (verse 8).G-d describes the nature of the city of New Yerushalayim. It is depicted as having been built of the finest and most valuable materials. It is exquisitely adorned like a bride wearing the finest of jewelry. It reflects the very "glory of G-d" (verses 9-11, 18-21). This family community is organized under "the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Isra'el" with its "twelve foundations" having on them "the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb" (verses 12, 14). The "light" illuminating New Yerushalayim comes from G-d (Revelation 21:24). Nothing that "defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie" will ever be allowed to enter it.
