PSALM 110 [1] The LORD said unto my Lord, SIT THOU AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE THINE ENEMIES THY FOOTSTOOL. [2] The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. [3] Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. [4] The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. [5] The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in THE DAY OF HIS WRATH.

Well, ya see what the scripture says. Jesus will be at the right hand of God UNTIL His enemies are His footstool. Jesus is still there {at the fathers right hand} UNTIL His day of wrath. The Day of the Lord.

ZEPHANIAH 1 [14] The great DAY OF THE LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. [15] THAT DAY IS A DAY OF WRATH, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, [16] A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. [17] And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. [18] Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in THE DAY OF THE LORD'S WRATH; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Yup. His day of wrath IS the Day of the Lord. Will Jesus sneak away from the Fathers right hand 7 years before the Day of the Lord and bring us to heaven as the Rapturist claim. Or will scripture come to pass only as written?

The end of 1 Thess. 4 speaks of the Rapture of the church; the beginning of 1 Thess. 5 speaks of the Day of the Lord in judgment upon earth.

The final enemies to be disposed of, is the attacking armies at Armageddon, at the 6th and 7th Bowls. Rev 16.
But years before then, He will send His fiery wrath, Amos 1 & 2:1-5,Psalms 11:4-6, which will change the world and commence all that must happen before Jesus Returns.
! Thessalonians 4:17 says; those who remain [alive, when Jesus Returns] will be taken up [by the angels, Matthew 24:31] to meet Him and then be with Him [for the Millennium. Then forever, in Eternity.] Revelation 5:9-10

Nowhere is heaven mentioned there, or in any other scripture, as the destination for the Lords Christian people.

Yes. Thats what ive found also Keraz. Seems when we are all changed and meet the Lord in the air we are taken to the kingdom, To Zion, His holy mountain, Jerusalem, right here on Gods green earth.

Being at the father's right hand doesn't necessarily mean he will be confined to a specific spot and not be able to more around. The rapture will usher in the day of wrath, which will be seven years long.

Jesus was not 'confined' the last two thousand years, was He ?

He told the disciples , apostles, that He would be with them , even to the ends of the earth. That He is the Good Shepherd, and His Sheep Hear His Voice and Follow Him (every day since the first century - we don't have to wait for some future day to Hear His Voice or to properly seek Him today to hear His Voice).

    Isaiah 13:9 (KJV)
9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

The trib period of 7 yrs ends with the Day of the Lord.

Why do people take what idiots say as GOSPEL?!? There ain't no "7-years" for the tribulation. There's no FIRST HALF, there's no SECOND HALF, and there's no SEVEN YEARS.

I you can't get the simple, please do not attempt the complex.

Not only illogical, but totally unscriptural as well.
Jesus does not destroy the earth that He has just Returned to reign over!

The Lords terrible Day of fiery wrath; the Sixth Seal; is the next prophesied event we can expect. Revelation 6:12-17, Zephaniah 1:14-16, 2 Peter 3:1-7, +

    Not so.

JOEL 2 [30] And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. [31] THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND THE TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD COME.

In Joel we find the sun will be darkened and the moon into blood BEFORE the Day of the Lord

MARK 13 [24] But in those days, AFTER THAT TRIBULATION, the SUN SHALL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON SHALL NOT GIVE HER LIGHT,[25] And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.[26] And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.[27] And then shall he send his angels, and shall GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECT from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

In Mark you see that AFTER the great tribulation the sun is darkened and the moon.....

    Confusion here!
I agree that there are two similar times that cosmic things will happen.
First at the Sixth Seal , then again when Jesus Returns, the main difference is the moon blood red at the SS and the moon dark at the Return.

Interesting question . . . even if it IS a "complex question".

I think you are overlooking something.

    1 Corinthians 15
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

By your reasoning, Jesus will not return until death is destroyed.

    Much love!

Why, I seem to remember Jesus saying He would live in all who believe in Him. I don't think it's about sitting in a chair. Stephen would know more about that also, having seen Jesus standing.

    Much love!

1COR.15 [51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: FOR THE TRUMPET SHALL SOUND, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and WE SHALL BE CHANGED.[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.[54] So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP IN VICTORY.

Death is swallowed up in victory at the 1Cor15 event

ISAIAH 25 [8] HE WILL SWALLOW UP DEATH IN VICTORY; and the Lord GOD will WIPE AWAY TEARS from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.[9] And it shall be said IN THAT DAY, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

Death is swallowed up in victory. Just as you find in the 1Cor.15 event. We have waited for Him. So ya see, it is after (i believe the same time) death is swallowed up in victory that Jesus returns

I don't know if you grasped what I'm asserting. -- The Dan. 9 seventy has NOTHING to do with the Tribulation, except that the destroyer "shall come" after the seventieth week, -- some three decades after.

So one must turn to Rev. 13:5 to discover that the Tribulation duration is 42 months, and we actually crossed the threshold into the Tribulation 70 years after the International Recognition of the State of Israel, which Trump acknowledged by recognizing Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel on that anniversary.

And if course if you want to know the interpretation of the Seventy durations. The word "weeks" is in the UNUSUAL -- ONLY found in Daniel 9, and not anywhere else in Scripture --, INCONCISE Masculine Gender text. All other citations, including Dan. 10 are in the USUAL CONCISE Feminine Gender Text. Thus 9:2 says YEARS, and 24-27 are WEEKS, so it's analogous to encompassing a "car" and a "truck" by calling them a "vehicle", where the seventy durations are a combination of YEAR/WEEK durations.

Furthermore the word "perceived" is BIYN, where we see the significance in 1 Kings 3 where Solomon asked for SHAMA (simple) Wisdom, and GOD gave his BIYN (Soloman) Wisdom. Thus the "books" are NOT a reference to the Book of Jeremiah, but rather an OT Book which has a minimum of seventy chapters, -- the Book of Psalms.

    Best Wishes,
    Bobby Jo

The belief in a seven year tribulation is based on Daniel 9:27:

And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.

"He" refers to the prince mentioned in the preceding verse, whose people destroy Jerusalem and the temple in AD 70. This shows that the 70th week does not immediately follow the 69th, but that there is a period of time between them. We are living now in the time between the 69th and 70th weeks.

The prince will make a seven year treaty with the Jews that enables them to rebuild their temple and resume offering sacrifices. In the middle of the seven years he will enter the temple, proclaim himself to be god, and demand that people worship him.

Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.
    2 Thessalonians 2:3,4 ESV

The last half of the seven year period, 42 months, is known as the great tribulation. The bulk of the book of Revelation takes place during this time.
