The Love of God, is an amazing Love.
There is none like it.
And to have it, to possess it, is to be blessed indeed.
To have God's love, is more then just words. Its literally to have God inside you as "Christ in you", having become the "temple of the Holy Spirit".
Who God loves is everyone, but whom God lives in, is only His body of Christ.
For God so loved the world that He came here as Jesus.
Why did He do this for us?
He came to rescue us, because We were and are in need of rescue.
Why? Because we are born into a terrible sitation that only God can solve.
We are born into sin, and we are born into a world that is so evil, so dark, and so sinister.
How does God rescue us?
He rescues us by becoming one of us and dying for all of us.
And what is the rescue? Its the Cross of Christ. This is where God as Christ performs for the world, the rescue that is the restoration that is SALVATION.
To be rescued by God, is to be found born again into the restoration that God provides as THE WAY back to Him.
Jesus is the Way Back, and there is no other. John 14:6
Literally, the restoration is to become joined to God, spiritually.... as one with God, exactly as ADAM had this spiritual relationship with God before he rebelled and lost this spiritual relationship.
We are born without this spiritual relationship to God, and God came here to rescue us BACK into that relationship, by restoring to us, what Adam's rebellion lost for us all.
When we are born again, we are spiritually birthed back INTO the Spirit of God, by the Holy Spirit.
See, by 1st Adam we were separated from God, spiritually. And by and through the 2nd Adam who is God as Christ, we are allowed by FAITH to become again joined to God, born again, spiritually. This is the restoration.
And how do you receive this restoration, and this rescue?
Its very simple. You take Jesus into your heart by FAITH, believing that HE is the Savior and He is the WAY back to God. John 14:6
"All that call on the name of Jesus, shall be Saved".
When you take Chirst, God takes you and keeps you.
Philippians 1:6
If you do that, or when you did that, GOD recued you instantly by restoring you back to Himself spiritually, as becoming born again.
What do you get in the restoration?
You get Jesus in you as your eternal life, as your redeemer, as your redemption, and as your SAVIOR.
You receive forgiveness of All your sin, and never in Eternity will God judge you for them, as Jesus has been judged for them ALL, on EARTH, already, on the Cross.
You become a part of the Body and Bride of Christ.
You become an Heir of God.
You become a joint Heir with Jesus.
You become a Child of the Light, and Jesus is the Light of the World.
You become a NEW CREATION, born again, spiritually
You become ONE WITH GOD, In Christ.
You now as a born again believer, (not just water baptized, as that wont do it), but as a BORN AGAIN Believer, you now have access to all that God has, all that God is, and all that God can do.
See that RESTORATION. ?
