Friends, there is some pain in my wrist. You can pray the pain disappear and let no problem develop.

Pain is a gift from God: it tells us we have a problem, some external or internal source that is damaging our bodies.
(There is also anguish—mental pain—which is another message for us.
We pray that you might discover the source of the pain and its cure. Until then, may God comfort you, strengthen you, sustain you.

MD, are you doing a lot of repetitive movements with that wrist?
If so, try to rest your wrist and if possible, don't do those same movements too often.
Some people develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome if they constantly move the wrist in the same way. Praying.
