Salvation : common sense.

When Adam sinned......when he disobeyed, He had no way back.
There was no Cross of Christ, no 2nd chance, nothing.
He just had to endure and suffer the cost of losing his righteousness and his relationship with God.

Now,
When we are born again.... Its not based on us being GOOD, later.
When we are born again, there is no secondary agreement that we present to God whereby we promise to be good, later.
See that?
You came to God, as a ungodly unrighteous hell bound sinner.
That is what you OFFERED GOD to deal with, and He did, using the blood and death of Jesus The Christ.

Listen,

God does not offer Salvation Through Christ, with strings attached.
There is no requirement, later on, to receive Gods' "GIFT".
You dont work for a GIFT and you dont KEEP a GIFT that is Spiritual. All you do is RECEIVE IT and you HAVE IT.
Salvation is not...."here is what i give you, and you must NOT do THIS LATER, once you have it".

Salvation is...>"You TAKE CHRIST by faith, and GOD TAKES YOU by promise">

FOREVER.
DONE.

See that?

Now, there are a lot of deceived religious people who believe that Salvation is not a Gift.
"the Gift of Salvation".
They refuse to believe that "the gift of Salvation" is a GIFT.
They instead believe, that God starts salvation, and then its up to them to not mess it up, and not lose it.

So, lets me share some common sense with you, about that deceived viewpoint....

First......Notice what happens to a Righteous Human being when they are given the opportunity to eat an apple and lose their relationship with God.
That is Adam.
That's every person.
See what happens if continuing in righteousness is placed on them? Is their responsibility... is your responsibility?

So, what im showing you is...... If God had created the Cross of Christ, as only a START but not a Completed Salvation, then all God would have done is put you in the same situation that Adam was in..... and guess what happens to you next?

Notice,
you are not in some simple Eden Garden situation.
You live in a evolved and depraved global Satanic invention called "the world system".
There is NO resisting it, unless you have God in you as your DEFENSE.
So, if Adam had nothing to deal with, like you do..... no internet, no PORN, no BIGOTRY, no CABLE TV no SATANIC MEDIA, ......nothing like this to temp Him........and yet He didnt last..>He could not stop himself from breaking relationship with God.
In fact, He talked with God, daily........And you have to believe in what you can't SEE.
He had it EASY, he had it GOOD and we have it harder.......so much incredibly harder..

Now, if Adam, having nothing to deal with in LIFE like we do , and ADAM still could not keep from ruining His Relationship with God based on one Temptation...
Do you think that if God put Salvation on you to Try to not mess up, that you would not mess it up in 2 hrs, or one day in THIS WORLD?

C'mon. !!!
GET REAL !!

Get out of your self righteousness, and realize that GOD created Salvation based on JESUS, and not based on your later performance.
As if God had not offered Salvation ONLY based on Christ, but based it on you as well, then you would have lost it the first hour if not the first 10 mins. And if you didn't, then by the first 2 days you would have certainly lost it.

The Good news is.. God's Salvation is not based on your behavior. Its only based on the perfection and sinlessness and the obedience of CHRIST THE LORD, the 2nd Adam, and HE didn't Fail God or You.

Give Him PRAISE !!!

Reader, rest in God's Salvation that is based ONLY = on JESUS and THE CROSS
Its not based on you being Good later.
Its not based on you performing for God next week.
Salvation is completely based on JESUS who has completed it for you perfectly 2000 yrs ago, on the Cross.

What im showing you is the GRACE of GOD. = Is the "GIFT of Salvation".. =Is the "GIFT of Righteousness".

Lets just get to the Cross., and stay there.

Here is why..

God, came here, as Christ.
Why?
Because He can't have you or keep you, if you have sin........and if you are not righteous.
So, He takes care of your sin, and gives you "the Righteousness of God", in Christ.

Where is all of this found?

A.) The Cross of Christ, as this is where Jesus took your sin and God gives to you Christ's very righteousness.

You dont work for that, as how could you?
You dont earn that as how could you?
You can't keep it...... Why? Because its all of God... All you can do is RECEIVE This Grace of God, this Salvation of God, that is provided by God, for FREE, as "The Gift of Salvation" and "The Gift of Righteousness".

What does it mean for a believer to "fall from Grace".

Notice....

You FELL from something that you had..... and in the spiritual realm, to have, means to BELIEVE IT.

So, you had a BELIEF, or a Real Faith, = understanding the Grace of God, and you lost this knowledge, ... you "fell from it", and now you are below it.

Where does all of this happen?
It happens in your head, as in there is where you stay connected to God's Grace or you Fall from it....

But what about your Spirit, that is born again,.????.. (if you are born again, and not just water baptized and religious.)
Well, your Spirit exists as "in Christ" "one with God".... and so, this is not affected by your MIND.
You mind only affects your thinking, and that is where your believing is located.
So, to "fall", FROM......GRACE......happens in the mind.

And what IS God's Grace, that you can depart from, in your MIND< but never regarding your Salvation?

Its to stop believing that Jesus will get you to heaven, and only Jesus. John 14:6
Its to start trying to DO THAT, of yourself.
And when you become convinced that you have to keep yourself saved, then your FAITH has left God's Grace.
You Salvation is fine, as your Spirit is born again, but your FAITH is broken, as it has "fallen" from where it use to stand.
And what happens to things that fall? = They BREAK, and that happens to faith. You have a faith break..... You are broken away from the TRUE understanding of God's Grace.
You have stopped believing that Jesus gets you to heaven based only on the CROSS, and now you are trying to do that for yourself.

You have FALLEN, in your Faith ...... AWAY From God's Grace.

Solution?

Get your FAITH Back to God's Grace... And keep it there
BELIEVE that God who saved you, through Christ, will Keep You Saved".
