    Precious friends, continued from:
    Seven Basic Bible Facts (1)
    Seven Basic Bible Facts (2)
    Seven Basic Bible Facts (3)!:

FACT NO. 4—That the Bible definitely teaches that water baptism was and is
a part of Israel’s religion (Heb. 6:1-2; 9:10). It was for the remission of sins
and was by sprinkling (Mark 1:4; Acts 2:38; Ezek. 36:25).

In this age there is only ONE Baptism, not two:

“One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM” (Eph. 4:5).

This Baptism is the placing of the Christian into the Church, the Body of Christ,
    By the Holy Spirit:

“For By One SPIRIT are we all BAPTIZED INTO ONE BODY,
    whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free;
and have been all made to drink into One Spirit” (I Cor. 12:13).

This Baptism takes place once for all at the time of salvation. The Apostle
Paul was not sent to baptize with water:

“For Christ sent me NOT TO BAPTIZE but to preach The Gospel...”
    (I Cor. 1:17).

Only a change in God’s purpose would necessitate a statement like this.
There is no importance attached to water baptism, today. It is not a part
of Christianity and only causes confusion.

    @GRACE ambassador,

I have taken the liberty of simply going to the source document that you are cutting and pasting from to save time.

Why the administrators are allowing you to create a new "thread" on the same topic is beyond me. Will there be seven or eight threads created by you when only one would have sufficed for any discussion.

Baptism is justification salvation only to those who endure to the end

Matt 24:13 endures to the end.

    Mark 13:13
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Rev 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

    Heb 3:14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Heb 6:11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:

    1. Romans 11:22 – God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness

    2. Colossians 1:21-23 – holy and blameless, if you continue in the faith"

    3. The race of faith: the example of Paul

    4. Hebrews 12:22-25: "we shall not escape if we turn away from Him"

    5. Hebrews 4:1-3, 9-12: "strive to enter the rest of God"

6.Hebrews 6:4-9 – those who became partakers of the holy spirit and fell away

    7. Hebrews 10:23-29, 35-39: "if we sin willfully", "if anyone draws back".

    8. Matthew 24:13: He that endures to the end, the same shall be saved

    9. Hebrews 3:4-6: Holding fast our confidence firm until the end

    10. Matthew 24:13: "But the one who endures to the end will be saved"

    11. 1 John 2:24-25 – "if what you heard from the beginning abides in you"

    12. 2 John 8-9 : to "everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ

    13. 2 Peter 1:5-11 : "Make every effort to supplement your faith"

    14. Philippians 2:12-16: "work out your salvation with fear and trembling"

    15. 1 Timothy 6:10-16: the love of money

    16. Galatians 5:2-4 "Severed from Christ"

    17. 2 Timothy 2:11-13: "if we deny him, he will also deny us"

    18. James 5:19-20: the wandered brother

    19. Some will abandon the faith

    20. 1 Timothy 5:8: "he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever"

    22. The real family of Jesus: "Those who hear the Word of God and do it"

    23. 1 Corinthians 5:5: "so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord"

    24. Peter 2: "It would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness"

    25. Jude: "Turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness" - a much relevant warning

    26. 1 Cor. 9:27 ....Lest I myself might become a castaway

    Romans 13:11
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

So salvation by “faith alone” is completely false and impossible!

    Redemption:
The redemption was accomplished by Christ with no participation on our part!

    Justification:
then when we believe in him and his redemption we are justified in that faith and baptism!

    Sanctification:
then we are in Christ and his church by grace faith and baptism we practice good works (prayer, alms, fasting, virtues charity, other sacraments etc.

    Salvation:
then when we are faithful to Christ and in his grace at death enter salvation!

    Titus 2:14
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, (redemption) and purify unto himself a peculiar people, (justification / baptism notice purify / wash) zealous of good works. (Sanctification) Matt 24:13 endures to the end Shall be saved.

Thanks for "taking liberty." You do understand discussing SEVEN Different
things in ONE thread would only lead to MASSIVE Confusion, Correct?

    Bible study Rule # 1:

“Let ALL things be done Decently and In Order!” (1_Corinthians 14:40) Amen?

So what you have just suggested is that the readers of this forum are so dumb that they cannot read a full article taken from off the internet, and need to be spoon feed.

You have taken the article and split it up over seven threads so that the cohesion of the original article has now been lost over these seven threads.

If the author of the original article had the concerns that you have about the abilities of the read to be able to comprehend what he had written, then would he not have cannibalised his article as well.

This is what can be found at the start of the publication that you have cut and posted from: -

    upload_2022-5-20_6-1-20.png

Now being able to rightly divide the Word of God is an opinion that many people believe is their prerogative to judge.

As for commenting on the article written and published by the Berean Bible Society, I have made no comment or criticism on.

What I am questioning is why you have dissected the original article in the first place and the real need to do so?

So sorry, my bad. Most don't read LONG articles, so the need to break it up
into individual "bite-size" sections Most seem to be "able to handle," without
giving up on the long version.
That's a new one on me, I must have Mistakenly thought It was a
Command to obey, not an opinion?

Yes, we are encouraged to study and interpret the word of God, however, being able to rightly divide the word of God is still an opinion as you have just demonstrated in your reply. Whether or not we have understood the contextual construct of the scriptures, is dependent on the opinions of others as to whether or not they will accept what you or I have come to conclude is the right understanding of the Word of God.

Now the Grace Churches that seem to be associated with the Berean Bible Society are aligned with which denomination? Who they are is also important even when they appear to be using the right words to describe themselves with?

UNdenominational, being part of the "GRACE Movement."
IF, by interpretation, you mean like this Changing Of Scripture from:
"he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved" INTO:

"he that believeth and is saved Should then be baptized"?

Right Division Does NO such interpreting (opinion) like this! i.e., Right
Division Encourages taking Most Plain and Clear Scripture "at face value,"
keeping Them within God's Contexts Where He Put Them, And noting the
Distinctions He Has Made. Thus, obeying God's Command, like this:
    ----------
    In Summary:

    Prophecy/Law for ISRAEL:
►►► The Twelve Were Sent to {water} baptize! ◄◄◄

The TWO Main (of 12) baptismS =

    A) water, For remission of sins/induction into Israeli "priesthood!":

    (Matthew_28:19; Mark_16:16; Acts_2:38, 22:16; Ezekiel_36:25; Isaiah_52:15)

    Luke_24:49; Acts_2:17-18, 38, 8:15-17, 11:16)

    Prophecy/Law

Rightly Divided (2_Timothy_2:15 KJB!) From Things That Differ!:

    Mystery/GRACE! =
our "apostle to the Gentiles" for The Body Of CHRIST:

►►► Paul Was Not Sent to {water} baptize! Why Not?: ◄◄◄

Today: Only ONE Baptism = "BY" The ONE Spirit = God's OPERATION,

@GRACE ambassador head knowledge about God and His realm is great but it has to be more than that, it has to become our way of living.

We are to become the salt and light for all of the inhabitants of this earth while we are living and breathing upon it.

Why reject the words of Jesus Christ?
Why reject the word of God?
All for the sake ago a 16th century novelty and heresy of “faith alone”!

    Faith and baptism!

    Matt 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

    Mk 16:16
    He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

    Jn 3:5
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God

    Acts 8:36-38

36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God

Eph 4:5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism.

    Faith and baptism!

    Matthew 24:35
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

    2 Timothy 3:16
    All scripture, inspired of God…

    Scripture does don’t say!

Mk 16:16 he that believeth is saved and Should then be baptized"?

    Mk 16:16
    He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

I wonder how many people respond to your posts or do they just skip over them to clear the board, so to speak, so that they can see the posts that really matter.

No that is you attempting to curse me because I will not accept your RC based rhetoric. I have no wish to curse you at all, but pray that the Lord will include you among those whom He is drawing to Himself so that you can be a blessing to those with whom you rub shoulders with on a daily bases as you walk about your neighbourhood where you live.

God bless you too of course

but you cannot believe both Christ, scripture and the false doctrine of faith alone!

    Faith and baptism!

    Matt 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

    Mk 16:16
    He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

    Effects of faith & baptism!

Ez 36:25-27 washed in baptism, with a new heart and the Spirit
Jn 3:5 born again in baptism
    Mk 16:16 faith & baptism
    Acts 2:38 repentance & baptism
    Acts 8:36-38 faith & baptism
Acts 22:16 baptism washes away sin
    Rom 6:3 died with Christ
    Col 2:12 risen with Christ
1 cor 12:13 baptized into the church
Gal 3:27 by baptism put on Christ
2 Tim 1:10 brought to life
    2 cor 5:17 new creation
Eph 1:13 sealed by the Holy Spirit
Eph 2:1&5 brought to life in baptism
    Eph 4:5 one baptism
    Eph 5:26 faith and baptism
    Titus 3:5 baptismal regeneration
    1 pet 1:2 washed in Christ’s blood
1 pet 2:9 and not the kingdom of light
1 pet 3:20-21 baptism saves us!

    “Faith alone” accomplishes nothing!
1 cor 13:2 even all faith (alone) without charity avails NOTHING!!!

    Faith and baptism!

Scripture says none of the things about “Faith alone”!

    “Faith alone”

    Questions

where does scripture says we have died with Christ by “faith alone”?

Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

where does scripture say we are members of Christ and his church by “faith alone”?

    1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

where does scripture says we put on Christ by “faith alone”?

    Galatians 3:27
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Where does scripture say our sins are washed away by “faith alone”?

    Acts 22:16
And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

where does scripture say we are saved or justified by “faith alone”?

1 pet 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us!

The only reference in scripture to “faith alone” is James 2:24 NOT BY “FAITH ALONE”?

Jn 3:5 born again by faith alone?

Where is “Accept Christ as your personal lord & savior” is not found in scripture?

They did not go preaching this line but went immediately to the river and baptized Jn 3:22

    Acts 22:16
And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

    Galatians 3:27
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

    Eph 4:5 one baptism

Why don’t it say one teeny tiny little act of “faith alone”???

When we first believed we are saved?

    Romans 13:11
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
