Should the Church exhibit all of the qualities of a woman in relationship?
One of the main reasons for this is that the Church is the Bride of Christ.
When Paul is describing marriage between a man and a woman in Eph. 5 - he likens the Church to the woman in the marriage:

Eph. 5:22-28

Wives, asubmit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is ehimself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit fin everything to their husbands. Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and hgave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by ithe washing of water with the word, so kthat he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way mhusbands should love their wives as their own bodies.

No, not all of the qualities - as no analogy is ever identical to the thing being compared to.
A women marries a particular man with the intent that no other woman will share the same love for her husband. The Church is not like this, the bride is many people in this case - analogous to polygamy, for the sake of argument.

A women will leave her parents to become one with her husband. Whereas, the Church will have the best of both worlds, communion with both the Father of creation, and His son - no one will abandon or show favoritism to anyone. And in this case, the parent takes precedence over all.

A woman will produce offspring for her husband, but the husband in this case (Christ) supplies the siblings without engaging with the bride.
....
No analogy is ever perfect, and can be related to the thing being compared to 100%.
