it seems Jesus in no uncertain terms told satanic devils who sought to proclaim Him to shup up and human devils, without authority, who sought to proclaim Him and His teachings and act on His hehalf as 'I knew you not'[Matt 7:21-23] - unfortunately Christianity has embraced them the nod and go ahead - your comments - twinc

Rather than comment on your sects peculiar view of Christianity, why not comment on what Christians are actualy doing.

Or provide more information about the practices your are critical of?

In Mathew 7.23 Jesus is referring to those that practice lawlessness.
He clearly said so Himself.
Lawlessness means without the law.
The Law of God was not abolished.

No I said it is hard to love those who disagree with one.
That's what I thought you said.
I find it easy to love someone, but difficult to like all.
Jesus commanded we love also our enemies.
Those who do not like us, IOW.
Love is something of WILL, it is not a feeling in the way that Jesus meant it.

I think you mean what I said. I hope so.

Oh.
Yeah, that does seem to be making the rounds!
Jesus does want us to love one another.
John 13:35.

Even if we don't agree.

of course most quote it wrong but act it out right - as I have loved you is what He added which makes all the difference - btw maybe accidentally you missed Lk 14:26 - twinc

strange how it is not grasped or admitted that must people judge incorrectly - have you ever said or heard it said 'I don't like the looks of him or her' rather than what they stand for or are saying or we have at long last got rid of our old and grotty minister/priest/pastor/vicar etc we now have a young handsome/pretty replacement - everyone should have the same rather than the emphasis being on should be taught the same - twinc

There is something of what you say that love is something of the will. Just as husbands are commanded to love their wives. (Eph. 5:25) And interestingly enough no such command is given to the wives. It can be very much an act of the will.

But if a woman wants to know if her husband loves her, will that suffice? I doubt it. 'Yes honey, I willingly love you'. Try that and see where it gets you.

If love is of the will, what is it called when one close to you dies and you are engulfed with uncontrollable waves of grief? The will plays no role in that. Feelings and emotions do.

We know as believers that God loves us. Which sort of love do we wish Him to have for us? That of the will? Or that which reaches to His feelings and emotions?

No. I don't think I missed much.
So you're saying Jesus is saying to hate our parents and brothers?
And spouse? And everyone else I guess since if we hate them we surely must also have to hate everyone else.

Please exegete Luke 14:26 or Mathew 10:37 please.

Who are human devils?
Lawlessness is practiced by all those who are going to the hot place.

And I don't understand about the baby being thrown out with the bath water. What bath water? What baby?

Both.
In both cases.
If you're married you should understand.

human devils are going to the hot place - the good news and glad tidings of great joy is that the chosen ones are not going to the hot place and are even exempt from judgement - so now just decide whether you are chosen or not - twinc
