Jesus first sigh was changing the water to wine. The second was healing the nobel man's son who was dying. People go to big meetings where they show the cripple and see the walk like on Benny Hinn or whoever. These are signs and draw people to see Jesus and believe.
Wicked and perverse people believe this and seek signs. These are signs but the works are different.
Jesus works are to change the water to wine and it means to change the teachings from wicked and perverse teachings to wine, or teachings that move you up and make you full of joy. The joy comes with the leap of faith moving upward.
The signs are the earthly teachings but the Spiritual are the works that save you.
All the miracles Jesus did were signs but the interpretations of them are what we suppose to seek. Seeking signs is what the Jews did and it is what people outside the church look for.
