John Asbury... David Calhoun.... No doubt fine people, wonderful personalities, and good family men. But in my opinion terrible CEO's. When I go into an Atlantic Union Bank, in which I have accounts, I never can find any actual bankers. Only hired hands who will help me connect to the Internet. When I Google Boeing all I can find are problems and mishaps.
My wife was the Bank Branch Manager. back when the Manager had to know everything ! so no one could fool the Branch Manager. or she would call them out directly ! no putting up with any nonsense ! no one could pull the wool over such a ones eyes !
But times changed as the top controling the Banks changed their tune in many ways, they wanted only idiots people who could not call them out for they only had a set task in the Bank ? so their are no Masters ! who can fire back at the top, because at the top are not worthy of the possition and they themselves know that !
So you end up with a Dill at the Top ! A total Dill like Calhoun a total moron in fact. but it comes down to who put such a dill in the possition ? who can say that he was up to the Job ? No one could !
The same Cancer is in the Building industry, such crept in badly from the 1990's and only got worse, if i tryed to call such out ? you had no hope ! so what do we have now, 3rd rate Tradesman period ! clowns everwhere ! Builders who want you to do the wrong thing in fact ! it's they who demand such ! I said listen Clown, you have to do X Y Z got it ! this is wrong, this is sub standard and such is a joke ! and i get lorded over by dipsticks ! Fools running the show ! and their was nothing i could do about it, the system was set against you 360 deg !
Look at the people who inspected the building of the aeroplanes, same thing, lorded over by total morons ! If someone dares that capper the inspecter should have total 100% backup that no one can make such threats on such a one ! such should have all the power too call out anyone going all the way right to the Top !
We have huge buildings that are a total joke, that got the go ahead ! people can not live in them because they have been condemed, that's new buildings !
For They set it up like such ! That's the way it's all done nowadays in fact ! they are not stupid ? for they are truly outright low life criminals in fact. They want a quick fix like a junky, make the huge money and then disapear ! They have told me so.
There day consist of screwing over everyone day in day out !
Just like Politicial stooges, it's an art form, we had a State Premier who knew nothing but debating, screwing about with deceptions with people who do not understand jack, a master of such deceptions and as corrupt as Hell ! and She is not the only one ! Just that they can pull the wool over such peoples eyes ! for they do not know any better ! for they are just for listening to the line, not the substance at all in fact !
I have never come across such stupid pathetic people as in the last 20 years, you know such people claim to know my job better than i do, because they have looked it up on the Net for 2hr, seriously.
