To bring forth life believers must accept the HolySpirit as the teacher of Christ that is in you. Everyone that is saved reads the same bible or one like it. So why is there so many differing ideas on scripture? It's simple, the HolySpirit was not accepted as their teacher. You do not get a thousand and one differing opinions from the Holyspirit. He has one main idea, or one main ministry and that is to reveal the Christ that is already in you to you.
Can you see how simple that is, and you go off and live your life. There is no struggling around to try to find what doctrine fits your creation best. There is no secrets that are hid from the believer. It is all laid out in scripture and the Holyspirit will real it to you. Now you have to watch what you are looking for because you realize we are a peculiar people. Some are so peculiar they can make some strangle claims as how Christianity is supposed to work and if it don't work then they can find a new claim. Never settled in understanding but always following after some whim of an idea that will not hold up in scripture.
How do you cure that? You have the Holyspirit teach you. You will have to want his help he will not take over your life. It is quite the opposite, we are allowed to go through hell sometime just to get us back to listening and being taught by the Spirit. That is normal, you are not perfect and will need the fathers help more than you realize. So what does your father do? He has provided everything every believer will ever need to know what it is he intended before creation and now after creation. But it will be by the Spirit that you understand what it is your father is doing today by Christ in you.
What a chain reaction if you will, one thing will always lead to something else when you are taught by the Holyspirit. Men can and do teach but it will be the Holyspirit that reveals the things of God to you. That is what a preacher does, they have the responsibility of reporting the good news of what the father had in mind before anything was created. We preach God's intention from the foundation of the world and the Holyspirit will reveal it to other as he will. That can sound like fantasy to those that chase the rainbow because they will be into outer things more than knowing and living this gospel which is the plan of God before anything was created.
You know what sounds like fantasy to me is; some of the things Christian's can do and say "God said to do," to me that is fantasy. Why? Because he is not telling you to do anything but get your mind fixed so you can move on and be a blessing in this world. There is enough crazy we need sound men and women throughout the world that know what the fathers intention was in creating all things in the first place. So you have to say to those that purport some of the things that go on "get your mind fixed" get fixed. You get your mind fixed and you will not care about some of the crazyness that comes into Christianity.
