Little leaguer consoles pitcher who hit him in head
Leave it to the kids in Little League. The actions of the batter spell out that there is still honor and dignity left in humanity.
I caught for years to the minors .....I was always first to the batter when he was hit in the head. At the same time, if a batter asked if he was being targeted, I never had any information abut that. Told my pitchers to never tell me. The reason being that I couldn't justify defending the pitcher if he was out to get a batter. I had a batter make a threat to carry the bat if he got hit by a pitch ...I warned that he would never leave the plate. Ump stopped that exchange real fast.
