If you can afford that, it might be a good idea. However, being secluded may also make you more of a target and harder to be secure, unless you're way up in the Appalachian Mountains or so! LOL Also, consider that if you are an elect that God has planned to be delivered up, it's not going to matter where you are, it'll be done. Sometimes it's a good idea to have neighbors that are available for natural disaster to help with debris and trees that have fallen, first aid, etc. Living isolated also flags you as someone with either a lot of cash, gold, silver that you have stored with you there. Others will want it to buy food with. There are a lot of pros and cons to both scenarios of either staying put or getting way out. There must be a compromise somewhere in there............... It's a deep thought that each must decide upon. We have no idea exactly when and for how long things will be tight for. I do not believe that it will ever become as the horror movies such as 12 Monkeys or I am Legend! God loves us and we need to remember that. My mentor and pastor states that perhaps you are right now, exactly where God wants you to be. If you are content in your preparedness, then continue on. We live on acre parcels and I can't see my neighbors yet we are within a small city. It's perfect for us. We also have chickens now! Lol You must listen to your Holy Spirit and use discernment.You might consider having family members living together so that in case one becomes unemployed, the others can carry them. It does work if all are sincere and honest. If funds are pooled, the mortgage/rent gets paid no matter what and everyone has a roof over their heads and food to eat. This is what they used to do forever in generations past. Our society has divided families and many have fallen. Just some thoughts,Cedarhart

Well I have printed all those pages, but I am still wondering if we should buy property in a secluded place and build a safe house.
The three boys that were thrown into the fiery furnace didn't need to provide their own fire suits, and Daniel didn't need to bring cat-nip into the den when he was placed there. I expect God can protect those that are doing His work in the end as well. So if you know you have a job to do, He will be there. If you don't have a job to do, prepare. I also think it is wise to have a little extra food, etc around.

jo saved grain,for 7 years noah built a boat,some have to rely on faith alone some will have parts so them that have faith alone will have a share in the parts..what is god calling you to do ..i have 200 emergency shelters that can be used now or later they are water proof bear proof mouse proof and rust proof..i build them out of recycled material that is a blessing it is brand new material.r15 rating..green house material and many other things.makes good sence for the times we are heading into...and if you can live on faith alone why do you work and pay rent now or work to buy food now..if you practice to live on faith you can teach us how to do that...

Well I have and opportunity to purchase 20 acres in the mountains for less than $20,000. I have been thinking of this for a long time not just as a refuge but for hunting and a getaway for the family. I want to build my own house up there and make it energy independent. So it is not that I am worried about the end times, I have just always wanted to do such things because it seems so much like a simpler better life.

LOL I'm always interested in that and have prepared but there is always something else that ones misses to think of!Robin,Sounds wonderful. My only concern would be, do you have to go into debt and borrow off of a 1st mortgage to purchased it? If so, you might reconsider as financially things will get a little rougher and you may not be able to pay the 1st mort. Also, what is the path up there? Is it easilly accessible for you? Sounds like a great deal but make sure that there is an escape available in case of fire, ect. Cedarhart

first of all.there are companies that make house doors,they are made out of medal and insulation.they cut out window opening in them they are 22 inches by 64 inches.they throw them new material cut outs away.you can get them by the semmi load for the trucking..when you dado out a 7/8 by 7/8 of insul ownly, the panels slip together you then self drill screw it together..they make sheds and shelters so great ,they should have tin towns for the homless with them...i could send more info secound.there are so many people that are changing windows and sliding doors .this glass and aluminim parts are good to use in many apps..these windows are good to cut into the sheltersand for greenhouses...i will send pic when i can [soon these are a gift ]

you seem a little annoyed.its hard to handle truth sometime,like most common people that think to think about god and the things they feel they should change in there life.so it is with christians that have hard time with new truth..there is common steps of denial...

i look forward to that day of the lord,between now and then hearing the spirits guidance is my quest daily.when to turn what to grab,who to have in my life.what to do,faith that i have what i need and be thankfull,be creative and work in trust.
