With today's computer technology, voting one time through our personal phones is no problem, with the background of bonifide proof of ciizenship by birth.

Once completed, send the decision of the majority vote of the "peoples voice" to the Supreme Court, demanding action to be taken immediately.
We will then know if "the Constitution OF the people and FOR the people" is dead or alive.
