Abba You told me to look for Your Face
So I utilize my faith to reach for Your Grace
I know that humility comes before honor
All of this weakness serves to make me a wanderer
But Your Word says this will make me the stronger
Again I ask you for Your continuous help
That this lowly vessel pounce as a Lion's whelp
Upon the prey that is wicked and drag it away
Growing bold enough to keep the whole pride at bay
And take from among them a queen that will stay
Make me Your man as you promised at first
Whenever I'm parched You will quench my thirst
This lonely plain is all I have seen for too long
I know it's just a mirage and I believe it all gone
I see something different up ahead in the distance
A faint picture of Your Presence; I need the entrance
Beyond all the dust; that I can reach with persistence
I want the Reality behind all that is empty
The fullness of something or Somebody with me
A Home among those who have found the Family
