So why did the National Guard fail to arrest the border patrol agents for breaking the law? Do you see the weakness being displayed by the border states? They all could have shut down their borders and challenged the illegality of Biden's open border policy by placing National Guard personnel right along their borders with drones and lethal weapons. They all could have built solid border walls since long before the migrant invasion. But they did nothing except talk. And why is Abbott sending illegals to D.C. instead of deporting them back to their countries of origin? Only de Santis in Florida has the guts to stand up to the Feds, but even he could have done a lot more.

Elected Democrats are Traitors. The Texas agents could have arrested the national guard, or worse. Because it is illegal to enter America without the proper documentation.

My question is,where are the citizens of Texas? Defend your state. When the Fed are Traitors, it's up to us .

Such power was delegated from the Sovereign States to the Creature of the inter-State compact, known as the US Constitution. See Article I, Section 10, 'No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation'

Because the War of Northern Aggression dissolved the notion, in practice, that the sovereign States have retained the powers of Secession and Nullification.

Gentleman, we are at a point where our republic is broken. For 1/4 century I have advocated for peaceful secession but that is not the norm in human history. As Jefferson said, the Tree Of Liberty has to be watered from time to time with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants.
