When Jesus Christ was in the garden of Gethsemane and the cup of humanity was set before him "father if it is possible, take this cup from me." That was you in the cup and it was me in that cup. Though it was a spiritual cup it had all humanity-all in Adam was in the cup. Jesus was being made sin by drinking the cup of all sins ever committed, all sins that would be committed, and the biggest sin there was-the sin nature was in the cup. All in Adam with the sin nature. So how did Adam get in Christ? by Christ drinking the cup of his father's will. Now that sin would go to the cross with Christ and be distroyed by the death of Jesus Christ. Glory to God. If shouting is your thing this is the place to do it because all humanity set free by the will of the father.
The next time you hear preacher talking about the angry Old Testament God and how he was out to get mankind for not living up to standard (and he did) think about the father's will for Jesus. I did not come to God on my own he went after me and you to free humanity from the clutches of the evil one. "No other fount I know, nothing but the blood of Jesus, what makes me white as snow nothing but the blood of Jesus." Hallelujah to the Son and Father and the Holyspirit! Glory to God. The father had provided himself a lamb, not just any lamb but the lamb of God slain before the foundations of the world.
That particular verse should be studied by every believer to its full understanding, the lamb slain before the foundations of the world.
We have a hotbed of world events today but nothing can can take away from the purpose of creation, the reason for all things. When it looks like humanity is out of control and the world will be lost, it keeps rocking along and always will until our father has completed it's purpose for creation. The world will always heat up and cool down, heat up in one area and cool down in another. Always a balance of never leaning to far one way, good will not take over and neither will bad. So all the end time preparation and buying up all the end time survival goods should be carefully looked at by a believer. It is your father that takes care of you not self preservation, mostly fear in the end time preparation movement. I'm not saying that is a movement of God, quite the opposite. Any movement of God will always be moving a believer toward his primary plan and purpose of creation.
Feed someone now, clothe them now, house them now not at some last day deal. Spend your money wisely, the tv has become a place of reaching masse's with fear don't buy into it. Sad day for Christianity when preacher's preach fear out of ignorance. What would Paul say today? I can tell you what Paul would say, the same thing he said when he was here and we have his take on it written. Listen to him, turn off your TV and radio for a minute and let Paul talk to you through his beloved scriptures he writes. You may find out something. Bless you.
