From The Frosting of Faith:

Reflect & Pray
How have you been influenced by the faith of others? How are you living out your faith so that others might be influenced?

Through their hope mostly. Believing that there is more to this life than just getting through it.
As I grow in faith I see other's faith growing as well. Like branches on a tree, we are growing together.

I take each day unique in itself. I try not to carry yesterday into today, or worry about tomorrow.
I try to make my thoughts and feelings known openly and easily understood.
I am who I am.
I am what you see.
I try to live each day faithfully knowing God has a plan.

And yet not I, but Christ that dwells in me, He does the works.
I'm just enjoying the view.

Frosting indeed.. :)
Hugs
and Thank You

From Perfect Justice:

Reflect & Pray
Where have you seen justice abused or misrepresented? Where does your heart cry out for God to bring justice?

abuse is all around us.

My first thought on "where" immediately went to the children.
But then I remember, we are all children.
Even the ones who are causing the abuses or doing the misrpresentations.. are in a way victims themselves.
They have fallen for the lies of self-righteousness, self-glory.. which will only lead to destruction.

Justice is necessary for both the innocent and the criminal.

The verse that came to mind was Jesus talking about turning the other cheek.
When one is wrongfully accused like the 3 boys, they did the time that the guilty one should have done.
And God sees that.
And for that, they will have a reward.
And the one that got away... he too will recieve his punishment.

All in God's good time.

Perfect Justice can only come from a Perfect God.
And that is where our Faith resides.

Thank You
Hugs
