We believe it was in Assyria about 200 miles north of Ninevah which would place it around the border of Turkey and Iran today.
One other thing to consider. There is a train of thought that the earth did not separate into the continents by continental plate tectonics millions of years ago as mainstream so called science suggests, but rather it was the result of the flood which would mean there was one great land mass commonly referred to as Pangea which would have existed at the time of Genesis. Read Genesis 10:25 and the account of Peleg where it says the earth was divided in his days, meaning the actual earth itself and then it goes on to say the nations were divided on the earth after the flood in verse 32. If this is a correct understanding, it would make sense as well as lend support to where you indicated you believe it is for whatever your reasoning is. Also, look at the various map renditions of Pangea and the proximity of Syria, Turkey, and Lebanon. The topology would have been much different with one land mass. Just some things for everyone to consider.

The Garden of Eden is in Lebanon. Read Ezekiel 31.
The "cedar in Lebanon" is a symbolic metaphor used for royalty.

It was used for Hezekiah, king of Judah in Isaiah 37; about Zedekiah, king of Judah in Ezekiel 17; Zechariah 11 about Jordan's royalty.

Not necessarily where Eden was, since it's used as a symbol only.

The words say what they say. Being a metaphor is your opinion. Read all of 31.

Also, Ezekiel 31 makes a clear connection with the garden, Eden, and Lebanon whereas the scriptures you cited do not at all.

Did you read Ezekiel 31? That clearly says otherwise
Well DJ, your guess is as good as anyones' sir, it was definitely somewhere, but none of us know exactly where it is. Perhaps you are correct, who knows.

That is a great point DJ for sure. Yes the flood would have altered the terrain considerably. Personally I am very ignorant on it's location, the brothers could have told me it was in Arizona and I would have believed it. One thing I do know for certain however, is that no one knows exactly where it was. I would rather assume that many believe the tree of life was literal, and likely that is what Ponce De Leon was looking for. If that tree is literal, it would be the greatest find in history.
