They say "mental health"
Meanwhile the human physical heart is the most strong center of the body. The human heart is not just a normal muscle, it is a miracle of God and quite powerful. Especially when given life and strength from God. The human heart is so strong it can continuously work and oscillate (beat) 60 times per minute, 60 minutes per hour, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, and about 120 years in a life. Meanwhile the muscles that make a muscle builder tough fail after about 120 reps. (Reps, being repititions, or oscillations).
What if we learned not only mental health. But also emotional health. Perhaps spiritual health. God is spiritual, he created the universe with the spirit to the measure of body and also his lifeforms and supplies us life. Emotionally we can have a heart on matters we encounter and that can be pleasant. The mind is an important part of our bodies as well.
We use our full faculties, and God can deliver us in his almighty kingdom, power and glory which are forever more.
