Yes, it is amazing how desensitized and depraved our societies and cultures have become, that we actually glorify and embrace many abominable acts.
People often mistake
pride with confidence, when in actuality, it's just arrogance and delusion.
Gluttony has become equated with the inclusive movement, meaning, just accept everyone as they are, irrespective of the lascivious, selfish and contemptuous disposition that is innate with the act. i.e. Why are people that weigh up to 200lbs+, wearing spandex, tights, skinny jeans or mini skirts?
Laziness, is not so accepted, is it? ...but, if it is, is it because it could be construed as someone being above menial work, or it may promote people to find an easy way out, as in winning the lottery, gangsta activities, theft...?
Greed is often mistaken for ambition, or taking care of one's own, or looking out for number 1, ...
...and let's not forget about the multiple sexual sins, that have become commonplace and praised as 'healthy'.
One night stands or 'hooking up' is considered harmless, and just expressing affection.
And if you are without a boyfriend or girlfriend, or are a virgin, for any extended period of time, you're considered weird or a loser.
Not to mention homosexuality, ...it's even on prime-time TV. And transgenderism, utterly psychotic!
It's like the more that people dress as porn stars, the more hip and normal that they are regarded. Consider Oscar Night, or Late Night talk-show guests, pop videos, any major city on a summer day, ...And these are by people who are not considered 'trash' (low income or upbringing).
