THE MYSTERIES OF THE KINGDOM IN PARABLES

[Matthew 13:10-11 KJV] 10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

The parables are said to pertain to the kingdom of heaven; we can conclude that ALL parables, in some manner, pertain to the kingdom of heaven on earth.

The mysteries of the kingdom were revealed only to Jesus's disciples.

But I was rather explaining the greater reason behind the classic parables given by Christ, "so that ‘Seeing they may see and not perceive, And hearing they may hear and not understand; Lest they should turn, And their sins be forgiven them.’” Which, again, is just an example of every word from God.

Well the kingdom was intentionally hidden from Israel. The leadership in Matthew 12 committed the unpardonable sin of saying Jesus did miracles by Beelzebub. Then He no longer spoke publicly and only in parables because jesus removed the kingdom from that time period to give it to a future generation of Israel.

But remember the kingdom is not only physical, but it also is a quality of the heart that comes from being born again.
