[Matthew 13:10-11 KJV] 10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

The parables are said to pertain to the kingdom of heaven; we can conclude that ALL parables, in some manner, pertain to the kingdom of heaven on earth.

The mysteries of the kingdom were revealed only to Jesus's disciples.

[Matthew 13:34 KJV] 34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

Unto the multitudes, Jesus spoke of the kingdom of heaven only in parables. The meaning of the parables were hid from the multitudes.

The mysteries of the kingdom are not the same as the mysteries revealed thru Paul.

First of all, these mysteries pertain to the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven is the prophetic, promised, Davidic kingdom on earth, in which, Israel will reign with Christ for a thousand years. Paul did not preach this kingdom.

[2 Timothy 4:18 KJV] 18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Paul preached the heavenly kingdom, not the earthly kingdom.

[Matthew 13:34-35 KJV] 34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: 35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

The mysteries of the kingdom were kept secret FROM the foundation of the world.

[1 Corinthians 2:7 KJV] 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, [even] the hidden [wisdom], which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

In contrast, Paul spoke mysteries that were hidden BEFORE the world, not FROM it, as said of the parables of Jesus.

Why do you contradict yourself?

Both Jesus and Paul spoke of the kingdom of heaven--which Jesus prayed would be "on earth as it is in heaven." Even so, the old earth is to be destroyed with fervent heat and with fire, and the promises rather speak of new heavens and new earth.

As for the parables, the classic parables in the gospels are just examples of the greater way that God has revealed much of what is true of the kingdom and Himself, in all scripture. For this reason there are foreshadowings and prophecies, and things repeated over and over to confirm matters to every generation: "First unto the Jew, and also to the Greek (gentile)."

where do you find Paul preaching that the body of Christ inherits the Davidic earthly kingdom?

You are quoting Paul but the parables convey no teachings about the mysteries revealed to Paul or the church in this dispensation of grace

That is not what I was saying. But I was rather explaining the greater reason behind the classic parables given by Christ, "so that ‘Seeing they may see and not perceive, And hearing they may hear and not understand; Lest they should turn, And their sins be forgiven them.’” Which, again, is just an example of every word from God.

Well the kingdom was intentionally hidden from Israel. The leadership in Matthew 12 committed the unpardonable sin of saying Jesus did miracles by Beelzebub. Then He no longer spoke publicly and only in parables because jesus removed the kingdom from that time period to give it to a future generation of Israel.

But remember the kingdom is not only physical, but it also is a quality of the heart that comes from being born again.

The parables were made known to his disciples but to Israel they were hid to fulfill prophecy............................[Mat 13:34-35 KJV] 34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: 35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
