As far back as I can remember, I have always been somehow involved in spreading the gospel that brings salvation, Short term missions, counselling and deliverance, healing, prayer, worship leading, teaching bible in schools and sunday school, evangelism and supporting evangelists, outreaches, community groups, helping with the young people in our church and in the community.

There was always something that God would put on my heart to do and I was not alone. Along with the Holy Spirit, there were prayer warriors who were forerunners of every breakthrough. I called these missions, exploits for God.

In all of these ministries I knew in my heart that there were a group of hidden and not so hidden believers who were praying into each and every one of those situations and ministries. Young and old, from different walks of life, faiths, backgrounds and churches.

These mighty men and women of God (and young people) would daily step into that secret place of the most High God, close the door behind them, pull out their swords and wrestle for breakthrough's in every aspect of life relating to those who are struggling or in bondage or needing healing, deliverance, provision and those who have a spiritual war going on over their lives.

God's Prayer warriors are relentless and powerful. Knowing how to put on their armour and knowing how to weld a sword. They are also very sensitive to the leading and instruction of the Holy Spirit and they do not give up until God tells them to cease.

Due to life in general and changing circumstances, I am more so in the position of spending less time at the front lines and more time in prayer, so I join the ranks of that very blessed team of international Warriors for Christ. Those mighty men and women of God who do not give up fighting until breakthrough is established, who continue to battle on the most warring battleground ever known. The Spiritual Realm.

Would like to grow in prayer. Sometimes I feel self-conscious when I pray like my prayers are weak. But really, I just need to connect with God more.
sister @Wynona. You are just entering into a conversation with God. You are talking to him about someone who needs help or who needs a miracle. Whatever it may be. He knows all about you and there is nothing hidden in his sight.

God's prayer warriors do not rely on their own strength but on God's strength. They are usually humble in heart and gentle in spirit. Mostly intercessors however, there are other types of prayers. Intercessors stand in the gap and they weep before God on behalf of others asking him to intervene or whatever God has placed on their heart....

Do you know that God places those prayers on our heart?....:Amen:there are no experts, just trainees..... :Broadly: Bless you xox

Thanks for that!
Lately, when I pray, I ask the Holy Spirit to help me pray. That really makes a difference.

I like what you said there!

I see prayer as a humble effort. That I am weak in comparison to God, that God is almighty powerful and strong. When he answers prayers there is power in it. And I have been blessed much by God. And I am thankful.

And we as humans also have power to affect the people and situations around is. I also think we need to use whatever power we have been given towards Godly ways. Be it money or muscle, and mental power. our words, to serve God. And there is power in followings like congregations of people being lead by leaders. That power should be used to serve God also. We know them by their fruits. (Galatians 5:22-23).

Just rambling on on what I feel I suppose :)
