“Defund Police” appears to be a new slogan from Black Lives Matter (BLM). But the Trump administration should have been aware of it from the time that Donald Trump took office in 2017. That’s when the war on the police had begun seriously, therefore something needed to be done over the past three years to deal with it. It is a maxim of warfare that the best defense is a good offense. But the Trump administration failed to be proactive and have a strategy in place to counter this revolution.
BLM borrowed that slogan from The Center for Popular Democracy (CPD), which has been pushing for defunding police since 2017. CPD is a Leftist organization with Leftist partners throughout the USA. At their core, they have the Marxist belief about “the struggle for freedom” (when the USA already stands for liberty and justice for all); “Every generation is called to continue the struggle for freedom—we must answer this call, and turn back the ugly wave of hate that seeks to divide us based on race, class, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin and other differences.”
For Communists and Marxists, there is no end to this “struggle”, as Karl Marx made it perfectly clear. Therefore CPD published an article in April, 2017 titled Freedom to Thrive: Reimagining Safety & Security in Our Communities, and in this article they advocated the abolishing of police and prisons: “The choice to resource punitive systems instead of stabilizing and nourishing ones does not make communities safer. Instead, study after study shows that a living wage, access to holistic health services and treatment, educational opportunity, and stable housing are far more successful in reducing crime than police or prisons.”

They totally ignored the fact of actual existing crimes and criminals. And thus the BLM slogan “Defund Police” actually came from this organization. The CPD update from June 10, 2020 is as below and is about as stupid as you can get:

So policing for these Anarchists and Leftists is falsely called “the violent system”, with no reference to the shootings of blacks by blacks on an almost daily basis. Therefore “justice transformation” means: (1) shut down the prisons, (2) release all hardened criminals, (3) shut down policing, and (4) put the criminals in charge of justice. The dream of the mafias come true.
The Washington Post (which is generally unreliable, but we will take their numbers at face value) has been tracking police shootings since 2015 (in response to Ferguson). Their database shows that shootings have occurred in every state (with some states having a much higher number than others). But the annual number of shootings has remained constant over five years – approximately 1,000 people per year (in a population of about 330 million, which is practically insignificant).

What is really significant is that over a five year period the shooting of white suspects was about DOUBLE the shooting of blacks – 2469 whites vs only 1,293 blacks. In other words only 52% of those who were shot were blacks. So if anyone should be demonstrating about police “violence” or police “brutality” it should be white protesters screaming their heads off.
And incidentally 52.5% of all homicides (murders) between 1980 and 2008 were committed by blacks! That is according to the United States Department of Justice. The numbers may not be very different between 2008 and 2020.
In other words, more than half the murders in the USA are committed by blacks but less than half of the total suspects shot were black. I would say that is racial discrimination IN FAVOR of blacks. And if you average 1,293 shot over five years you get 258.6 per year, or about 259 black suspects in a year. That is less than one a day. When you think about the crime-ridden cities of the USA, that is nothing to be concerned about.
As you can see, this whole movement to Defund Police is another Leftist-Anarchist-Fascist ploy to destroy America, where the rule of law is being attacked not only by anarchists but Democratic politicians. The Democrats have been screaming for open borders, while releasing hardened criminals and gangsters to go out and kill, maim, and rape innocents. Imagine the lawlessness which would prevail without effective police. As to the rotten apples within police forces, they can be easily removed if there is proper vigilance by those who sit on their duffs rather than do their jobs.
