It's so wacky...even if they weren't used for bombs, why on Earth should we spend $50 million for condoms for another country?!!! We have homeless and senior citizens that could use that money.

When I first heard about the budgeting for condoms I remember the government spending report back in the 90's that showed toilet seats were bought for thousands of dollars a piece.

Then as now it sounds like a mindless cover story for monies sent to God knows where.

The movie Independence Day even referred to that nonsense.

The president,played by actor Bill Pullman, found out about an underground government test facility that studied aliens and their UFO's.
When he asked how a facility like this was paid for with no one the wiser.
To which another guy said,you don't really think government spends thousands of dollars on toilet seats do ya? lol
