He may need to hold lots of rallies in North Carolina. When he became President, his approval rating in North Carolina was 53% approve, 37% disapprove. The latest figures are 47% approve, 49% disapprove. That's a shift of -20%.

Not my idea of fun, but he won North Carolina last time by under 4%. He's there because he knows it's going to be close this time too. Unless the Democrats put up an extremist, Trump is going to lose North Carolina. He's there about the special election, but it's about him too.

Watch where he goes. That's where he's weak in the polls.

Don't forget too that many blacks who helped elect Obama stayed home and didn't vote for Hillary. I don't think they'll stay home again.
