Trump's been busy.
  • Beating back the Fake News like never before
  • Rendering Obamacare a paper tiger by elimination of the mandate
  • A decades long overdue Tax Code update.
  • Record low unemployment, especially among minorities
  • Increased military spending
  • Enforcement of Equal Protection for Conservatives on campus
  • 4.2% economic growth (WHICH THE FORMER MUSLIM IN CHIEF SAID WOULD NEVER RETURN)
  • Reduction of Food Stamp enrollment by millions
  • Opened Anwar for drilling and approved Keystone and Dakota pipelines
  • Fighting for border security
  • ...and on
  • ...and on
  • ...and on
But, what will be his greatest accomplishment has to do with the Judiciary. Right now, he's reversing a DECADES LONG trend which goes back to Slick Willie and beyond of appointment of leftist judges. The Donald has had two Conservative SCOTUS appointments and if he wins again, it's possible he'll appoint another two. Wow just wow.

Even the far left leaning 9th Circuit Court, with it's companion court in NY, where leftists drag any law with which they disagree to get declared "UNCONSTITUTIONAL", is in deep deep trouble and it has Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris losing their minds. The 9th district is made up of 9 states, with most of the judges coming from California. It is a customary courtesy for the POTUS to consult the Senators of whatever state his nominations for court appointments are coming from for their approval (aka "Blue Slip Policy"), but Trump has thrown out that window, and it is a great thing. There are easily 2-3 leftist judges on the 9th Circuit to every 1 Conservative and that is why the leftists appeals always end up there (or NY) because it all but guarantees that the when panel selections take place, there will be a leftist majority to vote down as "unconstitutional" whatever they don't like, as in the case where Louisiana voted UNANIMOUSLY into law a bill that required child-murdering physicians to obtain "hospital admitting privileges" to hospitals within a certain radius of their child killing facility - privileges which no hospital down here would grant, which effectively shuts down that facility..until the 9th Circuit got involved, that is.

Republicans tend to stick with the rule of law and what's "right" - and are more interested in losing gracefully than appearing opportunistic.

Leftists don't give a flip about the rule of law - they care only for their twisted ideology and winning by whatever underhanded means they can. For example, any bills in which a tax is proposed must originate in the House because the House has "power of the purse". When the Senate bill known as Obamacare was being challenged as illegit because it contained the imposition of taxes, leftists said they weren't taxes, they were "fees". However, after it was signed into law and that law went up to the Supreme Court in a challenge to the mandate aspect of it, and the only way to save the mandate was to say it was really a tax, did those filthy leftist SCOTUS judges insist that it was only "fees" or did they quickly agree with every other leftist who had promptly abandoned their "fees" argument and begun insisting it was a tax? See what I mean?

In a total thumb of the nose to Feinstein and Harris, Trump has nominated 2 more CONSERVATIVE judges from Calif for the 9th and the Democrat controlled House cannot stop their confirmation. And he'll get to nominate more in the near future. The fact that the House was regained by the Democrats is totally inconsequential as Trump continues to steamroll these despicable leftists with confirmed Conservative judiciary appointments.

So, rest assured, when the time comes to throw out the Constitution and begin legislating morality, there'll be plenty of Conservative judges who'll be more than willing to uphold whatever curtailing of religious freedom is done in the name of "getting back to God and regaining His favor on our land" after the coming economic, political, social, and environmental calamities which Satan will bring upon us have convinced us we're under the curse of God.

You may get the third judge this year.

Review Ginsberg's health issues. She is in far worse health than their voting on. Especially for her age.

Back in the 15th century when those filthy papists had Johanne Hus on trial for "heresy", one of the voting dignitaries actually died in his seat, and they actually propped him up right there so that they could count him along with the others in making Hus' condemnation unanimous. I'm beginning to think that RBG might receiving the same treatment, seeing there is no limit in the depth of depravity to which these leftists will sink.

BTW, that historic account comes from "Pogius the papist" in his work "Hus the Heretic" - a former papist who turned to Christ because of the witness of Hus.
