Also, our Los Angeles mayor said she will have Los Angeles as a sanctuary city. And the just hired new police chief says he won't go after anyone.
But they don't realize they will create even more of a magnet for illegal migrants to come here.
It sounds like Tom Homan will override our governor and mayor though.

You don't understand. They are illegal migrants. So our country has a right to enforce our border. Especially to keep criminals and terrorists out.
Many immigrants are here legally and that is fine.
Oh so the what Jesus meant was to be loving towards legal immigrants but not towards illegal immigrants, even if it’s their land that we stole from them just a few generations ago.
You know if any of them actually wanted to do something about undocumented people who remain in America after their visas end or who entered into America without going through a sanctioned entry point and process what the government would do is criminalize any homeowners or business owners who hire them. If the construction business owner who works them, for way below standard prices would get a $150k fine per worker and sent to prison for 6 months then I bet everyone would stop hiring them then they would have essentially no reason other than refugee to come here. But the government does not really care, especially Trump, who finds ways to cut prices for the wealthy regardless of how it affects the environment or citizen.
Most people who sneak into this country are not killers and drug traffickers. The majority are young men wanting to make money. They can come here and work for 5 years and then go back to their country essentially set for life. They come over here and work for 40-50% less than typical American. They work 14 hour days instead of 8. They work 6-7 days a week, sometimes for weeks and months on end without taking off a few days to rest and catch up. Instead of getting their own apartment or new truck, 8 of them live inside a 3 bedroom trailer and they all work at the same company driving all piled up in the same mini van. They save up a few years of money and then go back to Mexico to start their own business, buy their own house and never come back except occasionally for a few weeks or months here and there to stack back up with lots of money. The next big group is family men with their wives and kids. They come over to escape the poverty and crime in Mexico. Those gang bangers and cartels don’t want to come to America. They don’t have real power in America. They want to stay in Mexico for the most part.
So most of them are not any more criminal or mean than you or me. They want to work to improve their life. What’s cruel is for the business owners to hire them knowing this and taking advantage of them by working them for cheap. They are choosing cheap labor over fair priced labor with Americans.
But regardless of their citizenship or status, they should be treated by Christians as fellow humans with love. Do you think Jesus would kick young men and their wives and kids out or try to care for them?

Christ taught people about the kingdom of God, through parables as they had not been given by God to know the things of God. But privately he explained everything.
Christ would not have been a social activist, and never was one.

The Purpose of Parables

All these modern-day activist issues, trans rights, pollution, electric cars, wealth equity distribution issues, all the globalism stuff is not of God, it is of the world, works of the flesh.
Good works as in helping the poor is a good work with God as we are to do good to all men, especially the household of faith.
Keep things in context, do not go beyond what is written.
The cares of this world is not of God, God is going to destroy the world, and recreate a new one. it is coming, and if you align yourself with the world, you will share it's fate.
The cares of this world choke the word and you become unfruitful in the kingdom. Meaning, don't let the world get you down, we are to overcome the world by our faith in God who will deliver us from the wrath coming on this world. It is already awful out there, and is going to get worse as the Day of Christ approaches. We are not God to save this world, we are of God and the whole world lies under the sway of Satan. Anyone teaching we must transform the world into the kingdom of God is teaching lies.
Note what Christ says about the world.
John 17

I believe in being loving towards all, legal or illegal. I have friends from Mexico and Guatemala. Some might even be illegal...I don't ask. Also, have friends from Bangladesh, Ethiopia and an acquaintance from Kenya.
They also think people should come into the country legally. Even the woman I know who might be illegal due to coming here as a child thinks the new arrivals shouldn't be getting all of the free housing, debit cards loaded with money, etc.
The hard core Venezuelan gang is now in half of the USA per border patrol. They are into dealing drugs, prostitution and other criminal activity. They have taken over apartment buildings in Colorado and also a shelter buildings in NYC.
The gang is a prison gang. In this video the police raided 296 vacant apartments which the gang was using for dealing drugs, prostitution and human trafficking.
Well good thing we build our lives after the teachings of Christ and not those who don’t want to help feed, house and cloth the needy.
